호텔이 전체적으로 깨끗하고 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 그래서 계속 머무를려고 했는데 3일째부터 몸이 간지럽고 벌레에 물린듯한 느낌이 자꾸 들어서 잠을 푹 못잤네요. 다른 시설들은 가성비 있게 정말 좋았는데 아쉽네요. 조식도 괜찮았어요.

We booked this hotel because it had ev charging and was pet friendly. When we arrived to the hotel, neither was true. The ev chargers were not installed and therefore not usable, and after paying a $50 pet charge we were told we couldn’t leave him in the room alone making it impossible for us to go out for dinner. We were met with a poor attitude and told to leave by the manager when we complained about these two issues. He thought it was appropriate that they were advertising ev chargers that didn’t work…

This place is not clean. Spend the extra $50 to get a clean room in a clean hotel so you can get a good night sleep. The first room we were in the floor was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned from the prior guests and the bathroom and not been properly cleaned and sanitized. There was a bug on the ceiling I had to kill. I let the manager know and he was accommodating and moved us to a new room. That room was also dirty and had mold in the shower. The entire hotel was dirty. I’ve stayed at other super 8’s and they have been very clean. This one fell short. There are many other options around, so my recommendation is to find a clean place to stay. I’m only giving this 2 stars because the manager was trying to be helpful and accommodating to our needs.

I would rate my stay at this motel as poor. The floor was dirty, the tub was not clean. The bathroom in general needed a good remodel. It looked like someone got angry at the AC unit on the wall, as the grill was busted out. I would not expect to pay nearly $100 for a room like this.

We have stayed at this hotel previously in 2015 and 2017, however this is our first stay since then. The hotel seems not to have been updated any since and it is needing it. The entrance looks just fine and smells nice. However the room had a smell and was not clean. There were stains on the sheets, curtains, and even the lamp shade. There were hairs all over the bathroom tub and in the floor and what appeared to be black mold in the corners of the tub. On a positive, the breakfast was better than expected and the little pancake maker is enjoyable though very slow and not filling.

I would have given this property a 4 except for several things that needed more careful attention. First room they gave us had not been cleaned. There were towels on the floor, beds unmade and trash had not been removed. Went to front desk and were given a different room. That room had two refrigerators and neither one got cold enough to chill a can of soda. We tried to pop popcorn in the microwave and it kept shutting off before the corn was popped and the Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. Our room was nice enough and a pretty good breakfast was provided so with a bit of attention to some of these small details this would have been a 4. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep and eat breakfast you should be fine with this hotel. If you need consistent Wi-Fi, or want to use the refrigerator and microwave you might want to pass on this hotel.

Our king size room was clean, cozy and comfortable. We felt safe. Located right off highway. Breakfast room was clean and well supplied with various hot and cold items. We had stayed here before and knew it held to our standards. The little town of Wytheville had a few mom and pop restaurants

Bed was nice and firm. This could be next level with a few tweaks: 2 guests should be provided with more than 2 towels - provide additional sweetener other than sugar - at least the pink and blue, if not Splenda - better breakfast would be appreciated One shampoo and condition small bottle for both to use - really? Hot water blocker and water restricted. Warm enough for shower, but just barely. It is obvious they are trying to save money on just providing bare minimal. Guests notice these things and it conveys just that - bare minimal. That being said, it was clean and provided the essentials.
