Was confusing checking in. Person called seemed annoyed. We did get our check in. Place was clean and very nice & comfortable . Would recommend.

Die Zimmer bzw. das Apartment war super. Bessere Lage konnte man gar Nicht haben. Trip.com hingehen war schrecklich. Wir haben kein Zugangscode erhalten, obwohl es hieß das Hotel hat eine Rezeption. Wir mussten in ein Café laufen das wlan hatte um überhaupt die Buchung zu öffnen und dann den Kunden Service anzurufen der mich 30€ gekostet hat, weil ich aus der EU bin. Trip.com hat uns keinerlei Infos gegeben.

The unit and the location were great but the noise level outside the primary suite in the alley was comically loud. Never experienced anything like it - and I lived in Manhattan. The windows provide no noise insulation at all. Trash trucks smashing dumpsters around, bar crowd fighting, yelling etc - all through the night - LOUD! We didn't sleep at all. We're exhausted. It’s a shame bc the place was otherwise great. Can never go back.

Positives first- great location, clean, and cute space. Tons of negatives- light in first bathroom doesn't turn on consistently, dryer doesn't dry clothes, broken window in living room, no water coming out of fridge, first bedroom light turns on by itself in the middle of the night. They supplied noise makers which was nice but the nose outside kept is up most of the night.

The layout of the 3br apartment was good and the rooms were well-appointed. However, the bedroom window was right above an alley where dumpsters were emptied each morning between 5am and 6am. This caused massive crashing noises which would last anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. It woke us up every morning, rudely I might add. Also, know that there is overnight street parking only 2 nights per week. On other nights, you will need to park in the City's garage which is 2 blocks away and $32 per night. Daytime parking has meters and the maximum time allowed is 4 hours. Parking citations are issued promptly and plentifully, so beware. The location is otherwise good. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the river. It felt reasonably safe and reasonably maintained. The ownership promptly responds to text messages.

Second time staying here. Great location close to everything. We love the building and unit is very spacious, comfortable beds. Only drawback is the only TV is in the living room. After a a day out we like to relax in our room and watch movies.

All those things and the location and spaciousness of the room. Really lovely place for a visit to Savannah. Everything walkable or by Dot.

Highly recommend the 2 bedroom. SO spacious, and has two bathrooms! Such a dream for sharing with others. Huge living room and kitchen with bar seating. Comes with WiFi and a smart TV, washer /dryer, and a WORKING thermostat. Can’t beat it.
