Center Park Resort

We had a lovely stay here. All staff were very friendly & took time & care to ensure we were comfortable. We arrived later than expected and despite this lunch appeared to have been freshly prepared on our arrival. The gardens were beautiful as was the swimming pool however time was short & we did not get a chance to use the pool. Generally the set activities were very enjoyable & well coordinated however in our opinion the jeep safari started rather too early in the afternoon when the animals were less evident as a result we drove around for quite a while seeing very little. In contrast, by later afternoon the animals were much more in evidence. The evening entertainment was most enjoyable and appeared to be of a very high standard. The food here was excellent and the staff were keen to ensure that the amount of chilli used was suitable for our tastebuds. We were fortunate enough to see rhino on our first evening however the tigers remained elusive

Comfortable air conditioned room and very good guide on walking and jeep safaris. Food was OK, but it would have been good to have a menu with a choice of dishes instead of being presented with a set meal. Reception staff were polite and helpful but restaurant service could have been more professional. Good swimming pool.

Fabulous Resort, and a well maintained with Good Hospitality. 10/10 It's my 2rd time in Chitwan I feel that i will surely stay again in this hotel, next time. Rooms are spacious, neat and cleaned. All required modern amenities are present. Staff is very helpful and cooperative . Room service was done everyday. Surely a must recommended place for stay .

Central Park is excellent resort in chitwan nepal.Food is excellent specially for Indians and they organize cultural dance of trials in the evening. Rooms are neat and clean with very humble staff which makes it more enjoyable

Beautiful resort hotel located in the Chitwan district! Location is in a quiet area, but be advised that the resort is located quite a distance from shops/mini markets, restaurants, tour agencies and all other local amenities needed. You would have to walk approximately 1-1.5km to reach the town of Chitwan, which houses all of the above listed. This wasn't a problem for me, as the hotel had arranged for full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and all transport for activities, however for travellers not on a full board basis, this could be a problem. There are only 1-2 very small shops across the street, and items are extremely limited. For this reason, location is only rated as fair. Rooms were large and comfortable. The bedding and pillows were nice! Wifi was strong, but struggled from time to time. TV/satellite also struggled/lagged from time to time, but was in pretty good working order. Air conditioning/heat worked well! Rooms were stocked with toilet paper, instant coffee, tea, sugar, and it also came with an electric kettle. Basic toiletries were provided like bar soap, shampoo and body gel. Staff were very accommodating when you requested additional supplies like extra towels or toilet paper. Room cleaning service didn't seem to be a daily occurrence, but for me, this wasn't a problem. Anything I needed in excess was provided, and I'm confident that my room would have been cleaned upon request. Water was piping hot at the hotel and the shower pressure was good! The shower setup was such that there was no door or curtain, and so water sprayed everywhere, making the whole floor wet. I had to lay my bath towel on the floor after my shower, to mop up the water. This is a pretty common setup in this region, and although it's annoying, it's liveable! As a full board patron, with specific dietary preferences, I have to commend the hotel staff for going above and beyond for me to provide a meal plan that worked! They allowed me to choose off the menu for every meal, instead of eating at the standard buffet, which consisted of mostly Indian dishes - rice, curries, breads etc., which I don't eat. The hotel would prepare for me a large omelette with fresh vegetables (salad) and fruits for breakfast, grilled chicken breast and grilled vegetables served with fresh vegetables and fruits for both lunch and dinner. All cooked to specification - so without noodles and sauces. My food was always served piping hot on a hot plate, and very quickly - 10 minutes after ordering. The staff were super pleased to be providing high quality meal service and were very happy to accommodate my needs. I ate very well at this resort and I have staff and management, in large part, to thank for this. Instant coffee was available at breakfast meals, along with tea, and hot milk.
