Please note this bedroom is attached to the queen bedroom on second level and includes a twin bed with a twin trundle and can comfortably sleep 2. Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces MAINTENANCE Routinely scheduled maintenance such as lawn care, hot tub treatment, snow plowing may happen during your stay. We’ll do our best to not disturb you. Guest access Guests are free to access all areas except for any locked closets or pantries. Other things to note DRINKING WATER Our home includes a reverse osmosis system so that you can enjoy crystal clear and delicious drinking water during your stay. PETS Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per pet per stay. If you want to bring more than 2 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet. PARTIES Absolutely no parties are allowed in our home!
