Olympia Hotel

Me and my family stayed here for a week in Aug 24… the customer service is terrible. The lady who serves behind the bar is so rude to everyone apart from the locals that come and use the hotel. The food they serve here was awful we had a €5 each with said was bread and butter with jam.. the bread was mouldy around the edges and the jam was out of date. The room we had was bearable apart from the pipe that was leaking onto our balcony. The rooms wasn’t cleaned during the week and we had to beg for toilet rolls as we ran out numerous amounts of times during the week.

To much noise a lot of kids yelling since early in the morning we cant get a lot of rest.everyday they are only screaming and shouting even the staff doesn’t tell them smth or to talk to them or anything.im saying it again not recommended it.Nope

Disappointing hotel. One of the beds were horrible, parts of the wooden bedframe were falling apart during the night. And the matress was just springs. It was uncomfortable and I was not able to sleep well the first night. I asked the staff for help, and they helped with the problem. The toilet was almost broken, one had to try 5-6 times before it flushed. The shower was horrible, no water pressure, and you had two choices, either scolding hot or icecold. The breakfast was okey, nothing but fuel, I did not think it was tasty. It was just fuel for the body. The pool seemed a bit dirty, so I did not enter it. The positive: it was clean, we had a balcony, the staff was nice and helpful

My recent stay at Hotel Olympia in Saranda, Albania, was an absolute nightmare. My two friends and I were embarking on a Balkan tour and decided to spend two nights at this establishment. Little did we know that this decision would lead to a series of inconceivable mishaps that marred our stay in Saranda. Two hours before the scheduled check-in time, we received a call from the hotel, informing us that our reservation had been inexplicably canceled. They claimed that they had neglected to remove the room from the booking website and were now obligated to offer it to other customers. This left the three of us utterly stranded without a place to stay. After an initial refusal to help us and a long argument to explain our reasons, in an attempt to remedy the situation, the hotel arranged for us to spend the first night at another location, which turned out to be an under-construction hotel in the suburbs. This shoddy alternative was not only exorbitantly priced but also a terrible place to spend the night. For the second night, we were begrudgingly accommodated at Hotel Olympia. However, the room we were assigned was beyond disappointing. It was cramped, unattractive, and lacked even the most basic amenities. To add insult to injury, the room had no Wi-Fi, and the water for the shower was ice-cold (attached are photos as proof). The breakfast offered was meager, and the staff's lack of enthusiasm was palpable. Their unhelpfulness and indifferent attitude further exacerbated our dismay. It was abundantly clear that the hotel's management had no regard for their guests' comfort or satisfaction.
