This elegantly appointed private 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom suite is located on the second floor of the the main lodge with your own private entrance, elevated private deck, private hot tub and gorgeous views of the property and lake. Watch the deer and the other wildlife forage, go for a kayak ride on Lake Flower with our free tandem kayaks or paddle boats. Take a short leisurely stroll into town to one of the many restaurants or pubs. Lake Placid is only 9 miles away for more great restaurants and shopping. Birch Suite is the perfect base camp and starting point for your complete Adirondack adventure. Nice get away Our stay was a very nice short, relaxing get away. We enjoyed the paddle boat, coffee on the water front dock, the fire pit and of course the quaint cabin.

Great spot for an active couple We stayed at the lodge in July. We brought our own kayaks and left at the shoreline. We had a couple excursions paddling past the locks one day, and the next day to to the island in Kiwassa Lake for lunch, fishing and a swim.Location is close enough to walk into town for dinner and shopping. My husband enjoyed a rainbow trout at the RiverTrail beer works. Host was on property and available to help us.

Relaxing little spot in the woods. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, paddling, and evenings in the hot tub. Close to town including restaurants and conveniences. Many beautiful locations to hike nearby.

Excellent apt and owner Excellent stay. Apt is very nice. All was clean and ready for us upon arrival. They provided extra towels as requested. And very generous with offering help and enjoying his dock and kayaks. Perfectly manageable walk into town but there is a fully functioning kitchen if you prefer to eat at home. Loved the grill and hot tub!

Nice warm cabin on a cold rainy day Stayed here with my wife on our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Very nice place with an authentic Adirondack feel. Rained every day, so we spent a lot of time in front of the toasty fireplace or in the hot tub. Highly recommended.
