I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

4박5일 여행중 가장 행복했던 시간이었습니다! 천국같은 곳 .. 저흰 일본 전통 그대로를 느끼고싶어 2인서 다다미방을 선택했어요! 요즘 신생료칸들이 많이 생겨나니 비교적으로 방 자체를 크게 기대하진 않는게 좋습니다만 아무 상관 없을 정도로 모든것이 완벽하고 좋았습니다! 부디 잘 즐겨주세요.. 지하층에 있는 노천부터 하루하루 층이 바껴 두 층 다 느껴볼 수 있었던 대욕장 과 나이트라운지.. 👍🏼👍🏼 그안에서 친절히 대해준 모든 직원들이 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점입니다! 가이세키와 조식도 물론 최고.. 저녁과 아침 제대로 호강을 누리다 갑니다.. 한국말 잘해주신 직원분더 센스 😍 부모님 모시고 또 꼭 찾을거에요 친절히 대해준 모든 직원분들께 감사드립니다!! 나갈때까지도 행복했던 제 인생 첫 료칸체험 성공...♥모두 새해복 많이받으세요

El hotel está a poca distancia a pie de la estación de Sapporo. Hay una tienda de ramen y un McDonald's en el camino. Pero si hay nieve espesa en la calle, será difícil mover el equipaje. La habitación es bastante pequeña y hay poco camino para caminar después de colocar el equipaje grande. Las camas se pueden mover y hay un purificador de aire en la habitación. El personal es amable y habla algo de inglés.

We stayed in Japanese style room type was so nice. The outdoor onsen was great and excited for me. Breakfast had a lot of food and good testy. The restaurant was good as well. The staffs gave many information for us. Love it!

El hotel no está cerca, pero tampoco muy lejos, de la estación de Sapporo. Puedes ir andando en metro. Hay un onsen, la limpieza es igual que la de nuestra habitación. El personal es amable y atento. El desayuno no es bufé, hay 4 opciones para elegir y el sabor es bueno. Todos estamos satisfechos con nuestra estancia aquí.

Me gusta que los cuatro amigos y yo se queden en un hotel en noviembre del pasado año. Dos personas que se quedan en un hotel de nuevo desde el viaje 13/10-20/10, y el desayuno del hotel de caliente es muy bueno y caliente es muy bueno; El lobby del hotel debe ser amable y amable, y es muy amable para ayudar. La próxima vez que venga, se quedará de nuevo.
