Front desk staff is very helpful. Staff noticed that when I arrived the hotel, they came out of the hotel and helped us to carry our luggage immediately. The sanitary and cleaness is excellence. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to travel to Sapporo

Relatively clean, though it is evident that the hotel is quite old. The room and toilet were cosy. One main upside to this hotel is that they offer free drinks (coffee, tea, red/white wine, fruit juice, and hotel-made soup) from 1pm to 7pm, which is free flow as long as you are a guest at the hotel. There are also two fine dining restaurants at the top two floors, one of which is teppanyaki-style. There is also breakfast buffet at Lvl 5 which is quite nice.

Very nice! The hotel gave us an extra bed for our three people. Particularly I recommend the breakfast although you maybe get something special. Hahaha! The location is very good. It’s very near from JR station and has many good restaurants nearby.

Without giving me trip coin. I also want to recommend this hotel. Firstly, due to my connecting flight is delayed, hotel staff willing to assist me with my request. I do really appreciate the help they have given . Secondly is that, the location is just next to train station. It is superb for the location. Thirdly, the picturesquare view during autumn could just observed from my room. It is really amazing experience. This is my second time went to Hokkaido, twice I also stay at this hotel. Yes.coming Spring or winter I shall stay at same hotel . The breakfast is plenty of choices and I enjoy It. Thumb up ,

Está relativamente cerca del hotel desde la salida sur de la estación de Sapporo. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar. El hotel tiene un hermoso estilo europeo y las habitaciones son relativamente grandes. El desayuno es especialmente rico. Staff - So welcoming w, attentive ,speaking English very well,Always smiling,try to do their best according to your needs. Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

Location is not bad, not as near to Susukino as other similar hotels but, they have their own parking garage, which cost only 1500 yen for the day plus you can move the car in and out without restrictions. Just need to bring the card to front desk to validate it each time when you go out. We walk to Susukino and the shopping arcade by foot, it takes 20-30min walk, we can actually see the shopping arcade No.7’s section from our window. All in all I like this hotel a lot, breakfast selection is great, but the room size is quite small, well I think this is normal here in Japan in the city. I would come back and stay at this hotel again if I shall return to Sapporo.

The location is perfect! Right next to Sapporo JR station, most convenient location from the airport and central from shopping. If you only have 1-2 days in Sapporo, I can't think of another place to stay. Right beneath the hotel there are Stellar Place and Daimaru. Another big shopping centre just across the street. One subway station away from Odori/ Susukino. Hotel rooms are decent. Nothing to complain. They even offer massage services in the room until midnight. I will definitely pick this hotel if I return to Sapporo.

I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.
