El personal de recepción es amable y amable, pero no hay agua mineral en el momento de la entrada o durante el día en nuestro piso stay.2nd tiene máquina de venta, lavandería y hielo.

Family friendly. Really cozy and comfortable. We were able to play with snow just at the yard. It’s quiet and everything you need are provided. Free parking space is a plus point. Overall, highly recommended and we enjoyed our stay very much.

El año que viene volveremos a alojarnos aquí de nuevo.

UUsuario anónimoI had a pleasant six-day stay at Hotel Hokke Club Sapporo. The room was surprisingly spacious, the largest I’ve stayed in so far in Japan. However, the hotel itself felt a bit dated, and I did notice quite a bit of dust on my desk, possibly due to the winter season and static buildup. On the positive side, the room came equipped with a humidifier and air purifier, which were lifesavers in the dry winter air—no nosebleeds this time!
The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, right outside one of the exits of the Sapporo underground walkway from Sapporo Station, making it easy to get around, even with luggage. The breakfast was delicious and worth the 15 SGD price, providing a good variety to start the day. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I had mistakenly booked a smoking room, but the lady at the front desk went out of her way to help us switch to non-smoking rooms. As the hotel was fully booked, we had to change rooms every two days during our stay, but their efforts to accommodate us were much appreciated.

DDeercLocation was good, located on the shopping street. About 3 minutes walk to Susukino subway station, via underground.
Hotel room was quite dusty. Small room, barely enough floor space to open 1 luggage. Heater and aircon are combined, and work well.
Staff is friendly and efficient, but only some of them can speak english.
Coin laundry is great, but only 2 machines so may be occupied.

Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by.
Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it.
Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it.
The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare.
Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it.
Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame.
The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it.
The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up.
The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep.
Bonus:
- they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants
- the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather
Overall:
A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

BBilly Hin TedConvenient hotel in Susukino ideal for business or solo travelers (my room was too small to accommodate anyone more than myself). Lawson's is right next door, and there are plenty of food options in close proximity, not to mention seemingly limitless nightlife entertainment in the immediate area. The room is tiny but clean and comfortable, with plenty of power outlets (don't forget your travel adapter, the outlets are not universal). The service staff is hit and miss, with the lady checking me in exuding grumpiness, but another staff member cheery and helpful. Free coffee and amenities in the lobby, but nothing special (Lawson's next door will provide all that you need)

Although the rooms are typically small, as is common in Japan, they are exceptionally clean, fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and thoughtfully designed. The staff are very friendly, and housekeeping services are provided daily at no extra charge. Don’t miss out on trying ”That Coffee” during your stay—it's the best coffee I’ve ever had literarry across the hotel door lobby and Akahoshi Ramen for 500 yen.

All of this would be fine as it is on the cheap side, but the whole hotel had a bad smell, with our bathroom absolutely reeking of mildew
Also, for some strange reason there was tissue stuck in the peephole - this may have been from the previous guest, but if so it's curious that the cleaning staff didn't remove it
Its a shame because I would have really enjoyed my stay here otherwise - they provide free bath salts for the bath but I didn't use them because of the awful smell. Thankfully we only stayed one night
