Best location in Sapporo. The room was sooo big and had a good view, yummy breakfast. It’s next to a subway station by walking. We stayed there when there was a snow festival which was next to the hotel. Also, it is so easy to get to the Airport. The airport bus stop is just behind the hotel. It’s so convenient.

3 of us staying in a room with 3 beds, the room is a bit small compared to what we have at Otaru but since it is at City so is reasonable. The service is good, help us to receive our posted luggage, the reception counter is located at level 2, there is a hot and cold water dispenser there which saves our time to boil water. Daily top up 3 bottles of water for us. They allow us to check in early as our room is cleaned. One thing that is not too good probably is the air-conditioning, as we came in winter the air-con in the room is not too cold a bit too warm for us. Hotel staff say it is due to the system generally on warm mode unable to change.
Walking distance about 8-11mins from Sapporo JR station, downstairs there is a dessert shop, seico mart and tax free souvenir shop as well.
Daily Japanese and western breakfast is good, but the menu seems like its 2 kinds will alternate some dishes on alternate days. The Japanese breakfast set only has 2 varieties one is cooked salmon and the other one is raw seafood. I personally prefer the raw seafood set.
One thing I like is there is an airport bus just in front of the hotel although it takes longer to reach the airport approximately 1 hour 40 mins to 2 hours but save our time from walking up and down with luggage.
Overall I am happy with the stay.

The worse part is even willing to pay the extra ¥20000 (¥ 10000 + 4000 + 4000 & exclusive if 10% TAX ) for each night , the 3rd night would be back to the same room before check-out date
As an Hotel group member , I should have booked a 3連泊 Member rates to avoid all the troubles with much less costs.
One more thing : good location next to subway exit BUT around midnight hotel access room key required to the Mall / Hotel with homeless & drunken around

Excellent service, polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and amazing views of the city. There are many toiletries in the room and a coffee machine with capsules (it can also make tea). There are two water bottles and shopping bags, which are refreshed every day. You can also check the breakfast crowding on the TV. The room is very comfortable, and the location is great. Additionally, the hotel has its own Japanese bath, free cocktails in the lounge area, and a 7-Eleven in the same building.

The hotel is around 8 minutes walk from Sapporo station, it’s very convenient and good location. 7E is just opposite of the hotel.
The room is quite big for 3 person to stay in and amenities are provided as well as towels. It is clean as well.
However, downside is even though this is a 4 star hotel, there is a smoking area near the lobby and the toilet which is smelly when we are near it..
And the hotel do not have a coin laundry room which other smaller hotel chains have. So we have to walk 10 - 15 minutes to the nearest coin laundry to do our clothes washing.

On the last night of our trip, we returned to the hotel where we felt the most comfortable and convenient.
Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a 15-minute stroll from the main shopping mall. If you prefer a taxi, it only takes about 5-6 minutes and costs around 870 yen—an incredibly reasonable fare. Most drivers are familiar with the hotel by name, so you won’t need to fuss with a map.
This time, we opted for a king-bed room, which turned out to be smaller than the twin-bed room we had previously seen. After taking a look at both options, we now know exactly which room to book on our next stay.
Once again, the staff impressed us with their warmth and attentiveness. Fluent in English, they went above and beyond to assist us, even helping arrange a taxi to the airport. The check-out process was lightning-fast, making our departure seamless.
Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Hinako Saito, who has been exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay. She resolved our issues promptly and with great patience, making us feel very comfortable.
However, I encountered a significant issue with the hotel room. I fail to understand why the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is transparent. When one person is sleeping, the light from the bathroom disrupts the entire room, making it uncomfortably bright. This situation forced me to use the flashlight on my phone while using the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
As a result, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The three stars are for Miss Hinako’s excellent service, and the remaining 0.5 star is for the cleanliness of the room.

Pros: best beds! This was the 6th hotel in our month long Japan trip their firm Simmons mattresses are the best. Good public bath on the top floor with an open to sky outdoor tub. Excellent friendly staff. Little things like reprogramming the escalator to go down during check out hours, seats at the elevator lobbies, and code to access to the baths makes the stay nicer. Best prefeb bathrooms and also nicely appointed deco. Room size was bigger than your standard business chain hotel. Great location too to Sapporo Station and Odori Park.
Cons: although the breakfast selection was adequate, it badly lacked variety. Everyday was the exact same items/menu. I strongly recommend that they change out 20-30% like other hotels. For this reason alone we can not stay more than 5 days. We moved to another hotel due to this breakfast issue.
Overall, we would stay here again but again for not more than 4-5 nights due to the breakfast. Its a real pity because we like everything else about it. Almost a prefect score.

A charming hotel with nice lobby in a good location. My family stays in 2 rooms for 3 nites, unfortunately I forgot to request for connecting rooms, but we were given a few rooms apart in the same floor. They have a small sitting area in the room, so it’s cozy, they also provide 2 bottles of mineral water each day. They also provide pijama for each guest. Amenities is to collect in the lobby. Upon check in, guest were given voucher to redeem complimentary welcome drink of wine & sake, we can dispense those by submitting the voucher to staff in reception area in exchange for a dispensing card

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the train station and right near the shopping streets, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself has a charming, classic elegance and is very well maintained.
What stood out most was the staff—everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and went out of their way to assist us. From check-in to check-out, their courteous service made our stay extra comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and well-located hotel in Sapporo!

MMatthewVery nice location right next to the metro station. Room is big enough for us to open a total of 4 luggage. There's just 1 downside about city, parking always is quite annoying though. It's nothing about the hotel, it's just the parking space and the cost are pretty expensive. Anyways, thanks for the service, and if I'm returning back to Sapporo, will definitely back in this hotel.

EEamonkohVery close to the shopping street and very accessible to Odori station & Susukino station, so i am happy with the location. Room is very spacious, can comfortably open up 2 large luggages without sacrificing spaces for walk. Good view from the room.
However, the frontdesk is not exactly friendly, compared to other hotels i have stayed in Japan. And they do not have water station, it troubles guest and not very environmental friendly to get new bottles everyday. Moreover, i had to request for water (and when past 11pm, i had to go down to get the water which they did not deliver in the first place)

LLLucerneEl hotel es magnífico y elegante. La ubicación era buena, ya que está a poca distancia a pie del parque Nakajima y Susukino. Sin embargo, es un hotel antiguo, aunque bien mantenido. La primera noche tuve una chinche, pero respondieron rápidamente y me cambiaron a otra habitación. Después de eso, todo estuvo bien. Este hotel sería mejor si ofreciera más servicios como un onsen por el precio. Además, no permiten registrarse en el sistema ni dejar mi equipaje antes de las 15:00. Solo puedo dejar mi equipaje allí antes de las 15:00. En cualquier caso, es un hotel decente.
