We were guests for 3 nights this may, 2023. We arrived around 4 pm. The safer was broken and the only way to close it was with a key, the one that probably opens almost every other safer there. The bed sheets had stains in it and when the guy from the staff came to change it, he discovered the new ones had stains as well. I dropped something and look for it under our bed only to discover that it has not seeing a broom for some time. There were strands of hair in the shower's floor. A bottle of water was left open in the fridge and so on. The chef is a very nice, gentle guy as is the staff in general. But the owners, who live abroad, seem not to care much about cleanness and good housekeeping. It has potencial as the beach is becoming more and more popular. New hotels are popping up. Good ones, luxury ones too. A pity that Villa Marola is left to its fate.
