Sanya Haitangwan single-family pool villa

It was a great experience overall. The customer service we received was incredible. I was excited before arrival due to the level of service we received. We arrived very early in the morning and were given extra water and noodles because it was too early/late to get food anywhere. There is a small kitchen with basic utensils in the villa. The location is great for a quiet holiday. There is a decent beach within walking distance of the villa. The area/community the villas are in is beautiful! It's a very tranquil area. There aren't any Western restaurants nearby that I could find, but there are some tasty local places. Definitely recommend bringing groceries and cooking yourself if you aren't a fan of local cuisine. The only things that weren't the best was the hard bed (they did provide an extra comforter to use as a mattress pad, which helped) and the lack of shade/covering over the pool. It would've been perfect if there was a gazebo covering part of the pool to provide shade while relaxing throughout the day. I will definitely be back!

我和妹妹妹夫一起出遊（我是女士）我們分別定了兩個一室一廳的獨立別墅，然後店主説房間定完了，並且我們同行，出行方便，讓我們三個住在一起，我們就同意了，別墅是比較老舊的歐式裝修，因為當天衹是過渡一晚，就住下來了。裏面有有五個房間（我們衹住了兩間），還有些房間堆的廢棄的雜物，房子設施很陳舊，晚上吃完飯回來發現床下面有別人的襪子，櫃子裏有很多雜物，兩個房間都是空置甚至有一個堆滿雜物，由於趕路比較累我十點多就睡了，凌晨12：10分左右被這不知名的聲音吵醒，這聲音持續了半小時，後面還是斷斷續續（我很確定不是水聲，就像是一羣什麼鳥類的聲音），嚇得我一晚上不敢關燈，迷迷糊糊撐到早上，老闆給我的答覆是“物業修水管的聲音”誰家物業修水管凌晨12.00開始修？從來沒有感覺旅遊的晚上這麼漫長！導致我後面即使住到很好的酒店也不敢關燈睡覺，到現在還心有餘悸！當晚我妹妹和妹夫晚上被蚊子咬，起來找蚊香，還在客廳櫃子裏發現了一個很有年代的六角漆器（疑似***）旁邊還擺着一個相框他們當時看見相框側面，當時嚇個半死，不知道情況也不敢拿下來，然後熬到早上，怕我一個人害怕，所以退房了走出門了才告訴我，圖片是後來我和老闆他們要説法，他們發給我的，我的評論大家作為參考就好！後來老闆找過我，給我發了100紅包，意思是讓我不要給差評，我想説的是就算免單我也不會接受，我必須要寫真實評價！這事情擱誰身上誰不難受呢！將心比心，你們做民宿不應該把裏面櫃子和衣櫃還有床底搞乾淨嗎？用紅包可以讓一部分人給出好評，但是，大家心甘情願給的不是更好嗎？
