I didn't like the flat. The worst thing was the mattress so hard that it's impossible to sleep on it

The bed is very very hard in all rooms. Be careful.
We get a very old, smoked room. But this hotel also have a good enough rooms. Be very attentive. Do not book the cheapest room!
Construction site nearby!
Water pressure is weak.
Administrator is a very good man. 24/7 helps.

At the beginning there was a misunderstanding with the owner of the booking. but the owner soon decided the problem, providing the right option. The apartment is consistent with the description, a good view from the window, convenience according to the description. Just as a fact - a very solid bed, it is impossible to relax fully.

The location of this apartment is excellent near the sea side, trams and multiple eateries. The three rooms are great for families with six people.
Staff is helpful and responsive. Fantastic to have cooking equipment and rice cooker.
Areas of improvement could be about the working condition of things like plugs, sliding doors and kitchen equipment.

設施：廚衞洗一應俱全，落地窗特別有氛圍感，冰箱和空調正常工作就我老命了，馬桶沖水不太行
衞生：乾淨，極簡純白風格
環境：在金鳳凰酒店旁邊的金鳳凰公寓小區裏，入住辦理在A棟的1105室，我住的在C棟6樓，大床被免費升級成了雙床。小區裏有免費的小泳池和搓麻桌，小區隔壁就是建設銀行和大超市，以及清補涼和當地特色小吃店鋪等，還有賣菜車。
走五分鐘就是海月廣場，免費的一條很長的沙灘海岸線，特別舒適安靜，去市區就往反方向走就行了。
鳳凰島在海岸網上走兩公里就到了

在三亞總共定了三個住的地方，最差的就是這，定的豪華海景大床房，衹有海景，沒有體驗到豪華，衞生間不緊不是乾濕分離的，還小的可憐，洗澡的淋浴頭就在馬桶旁邊，馬桶旁邊還挨着手盆，提供的毛巾也是發黃的，燒水的水壺也是白色的帶着污漬，冰箱也是帶着不好聞的味道的。服務：根本就沒有體驗到服務，我帶父母和孩子去的，提前半個月就定了房間，總共在它家住了四宿，當天就跟前台溝通希望能在一層就行，哪怕不挨着，父母年齡大相互有個照應，告訴我沒有換不了，我説哪怕第二天第三天有空出來的給我換也行，告訴我換不了，在三亞別的地方住，沒有挨着都是店家主動給我升級換了挨着的房間，訂房時裏面有的贈送也是騙人的，店家告訴自己聯繫，結果是收費的，還有最最氣人的是第一天就沒給收拾房間，告訴我收拾房間是得跟他們説一聲的，結果第二天要求收拾房間，房間是收拾了，晚上我回去的時候門是開着的，太嚇人了，我的平板電腦就放在明面上，還好沒丟東西，不然就麻煩大了，聯繫前台衹是説了一句不好意思，總體的感覺就是太差了，房間唯一的一個優點就是離海邊很近，下樓過馬路就是

Отдыхала с детьми (15, 12, 8 лет) в мае 2025 г. В целом все понравилось: расположение: рядом едальни, ТЦ, банкоматы, море 5 мин.хольбы, вид с балкона просто невероятно красивый
Прилетели ночью, заранее предупредили о времени, отдельно заказали трансфер, водитель привез, позвонил по указанному номеру телефона, нас встретил администратор. Ночь, мы не спросили про Wi-Fi, утром достаточно долго пытались выяснить, переводчик не очень спасал, в итоге, жестовый язык сделал свое дело))
В ванных из-за влажности много плесени возле кранов и раковины. Но в самих аппаратах чисто, белье брлоснежное, кровати удобные. Есть кухня, но вот готовить на ней прямо совсем не хотелось (но это моя брезгливость)
А так, все прекрасно!
