"My recent stay at ‘Horizon Aeifos Suites’ with my family was fantastic and absolutely brilliant . The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, most specially the Guy in the reception he is very asset to this hotel company thrustworty and very reliable person . I forgot my bag with full of important documents. Without a doubt he follow as in the airport straight away just to give to us.God bless you and your whole family for your good heart.. Thank you very much to you and to your whole team aswell.. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable beds. Air conditioned is very lovely so my family can sleep properly..The hotel's location was perfect for the sunsets spot and exploring the Oia, with easy access to public transportation,restaurants,mini market and local attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I highly recommend Horizon Aeifos Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Oia.. Thanks🤝😊👌👌👍👍👍👍

WOW!!! WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE!!!! This is honestly one of the best suites I've ever stayed in! Everything was so perfect! As soon we walked down to the suite we just thought it was so magical! We stayed in the superior suite with hot tub. I'm not sure about the other rooms but I recommend anyone staying in Oia to stay in this suite. The views are literally breathtaking. It took me ages to find a suite in Oia and I'm forever grateful that I chose this one! If I ever come back to Santorini I will be staying in this suite every single time! As soon as we got there I sent a WhatsApp and someone was down in minuets to show us to our suite, everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful! Everything is so clean! Breakfast was good! The location is also 10/10, everything you would want in Oia is so close! Ignore any bad review on this place, these people must be crazy 😄 Big thank you to Mike as well for keeping our luggage for us until our flight because it was a late flight! Thank you to everyone at Aeifos. Made our experience so much better 10/10!!!

Hotel check in procedure and system needs to be improved. Very hard to reach the reception from the gate which is 24hr locked. Great ocean views, but it is also one of the farthest hotels from the bus/taxi station. Please prepare for a little long walk on the rocky pathway, especially for those who carry large luggage.

Best view in Oia! Stunning view and comfortable suite, right in the middle of Oia. Many steps to get to our suite, so not recommended for those with difficulty navigating stairs. Breakfast is simple and plentiful.

Arch the YouTube video for more details!! I’ve experienced bad customer service before, but Horizon Aeifos Suites redefined the term for me. To say it was terrible would be an understatement. I emailed the hotel multiple times before my arrival, hoping to get check-in instructions, but not a single email was returned. Upon arriving, we stood outside in the heat for 45 minutes, struggling to get any help. When we finally reached someone on the phone, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, questioning how they were supposed to know we were coming, despite our confirmed reservation and emails. Determined not to let this ruin our trip, we tried to enjoy the day. But when we went to bed around midnight, we woke up a few hours later, drenched in sweat because the power had gone out. We contacted the manager, who responded with sarcasm and told us to make videos of the complete darkness as “proof.” I even uploaded a YouTube video documenting the situation to provide evidence. The manager didn’t show up until two hours later, only to inform us there was nothing he could do. He claimed there were no available rooms, even though rooms were showing as available online—but apparently, they were being held for people paying in cash. I recently had surgery, and this situation became a serious health issue for me. Despite explaining the severity of the issue, and despite the so-called manager bragging about owning over 200 properties, he refused to offer any assistance or alternative accommodations. Even when I told him that my prescribed medication needed refrigeration, he offered no solutions and just left us hanging. To make matters worse, he contacted the police, falsely claiming that we were trying to break into the hotel—this after we had already checked in the day before! Instead of enjoying my vacation, I had to seek medical attention due to my knee swelling from the stress and the heat. We missed all of our planned activities because we were too busy dealing with this nightmare. My medication was ruined, and I had to urgently contact my doctor in the U.S. to try to arrange a replacement. Horizon Aeifos Suites may have beautiful views and a stunning location, but that’s where the positives end. The customer service was abysmal, and the person who claimed to be the owner or manager—who, as we later found out, was neither—should be fired immediately. I will never return to this hotel, and I advise others to avoid it if they value their health and peace of mind.

The hotel had cockroaches and not enough light in the rooms. The washroom is inconvenient for people since you have to climb stairs. Only one of my rooms had an iron. The towels smelled like cigarettes. The manager was very nice and helpful and so were the other employees. Breakfast was included but very basic. Location was good. Overall, average stay and would not return.
