Super mie hôtel, la villa était juste magnifique avec une piscine à débordement avec vue sur plusieurs îles! Le personnel aux petits soins, l’accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at CSky. The view from our room was phenomenal. The staff was excellent and provided wonderful customer service. Gertha was fabulous! She was so kind and helpful. The food was amazing. I truly loved the fact that we can choose the time that we wanted our breakfast served. We highly recommend staying at CSky.

The facilities are not 4 stars, the blinds were broken, the jacuzzi lights do not work nor the ones on the terrace, the room is very basic and without space to store the clothes. excellent location. The cleaning, the taxi man and Gerta the girl from the bar enlivened the stay. The payment system does not work you must have cash.

After spending a lot of time scrutinising the hotel's on the Caldera side of Santorini (which is where we wanted to be) we booked a package deal to CSky Hotel in June for 5 nights from the 18th September, 2023. It looked perfect and just what we needed for a short break after a hectic 6 months. Imagine our surprise when we receive an email from our agent on the afternoon of the 15th September informing us the the hotel had cancelled our reservation. Not taking this news lying down, I rang the hotel to find out the reason for the cancellation. Imagine my surprise when I was informed by Alex that they needed our room for a larger party coming for 7 nights. We were offered 3 nights in another hotel on the opposite side of the island and then we could move back CSky for the remaining 2 nights. I explained that we had booked specifically for the Caldera view and that moving around when there for a short space of time wasn't acceptable. We were offered another hotel nearby but again would have to move from one hotel to another. Different dates were suggested but work commitments and the inability to change the flights made this a no go. On top of all this we've lost £246 that we paid to Easyjet for seat allocation and luggage. Easyjet will only refund within 24 hours of booking, who'd have known they were going to cancelled on when they'd just booked!!! As I type this I should still be sat on my terrace with Caldera views so all in all my husband and I are not very happy with the CSky hotel. We would urge other would be travellers to be wary. If I could have given a zero I would as we obviously can't comment on the facilities as we never got to try them.

About the view, do NOT worry, you will have the most breathtaking view in all over Santorini. It is in the middle of nowhere, so it is so quiet and romantic for those who don't fit with crowds and stairs and touristy nature of Santorini The service is as good as the view, Gerta is the soul of this place, Harris (the manager) and pero were so attentive and very willing to help. The chef is a genius one, actually he is one of the best in Santorini. But things to mention that may improve the property to as high as 5... The pools must be heated, we couldn't use ours as it was cold and beware it will be cold in September. The furniture really needs to be renewed, but this is a side thing because you may not use it as your stuff will be in your luggage for your stay. Again, insane views fron sunrise to sunset, do not miss this in Santorini.

When we arrived we were in absolute awe of the location and views. Keep in mind first time visiting Greece and Santorini so we didnt know what to expect and dont have comparisons of other hotels and this was incredibly lovely place. Positives: 360 views sunrise and sunset, very quiet secluded away from busy sections, people, crowds; friendly staff; spacious and clean rooms, complementary breakfast brought to room each morning. Negatives: hotel needs upgrading for example blinds, pillows, mattress poor quality; hot tub had bugs all day even though they claim they clean 2x a day; no coffee maker in room; bathroom is small only fits one person at a time; no hooks for towels; no vanity table or large mirror outside bathroom; shower is meh last morning hot water was lacking. For a 4 star hotel all these should be expected. And not the fault of hotel management but it gets very windy so its difficult to put umbrellas up for shade by pool and we didnt get to sit there much due to this. certainly need a car to get around; Overall we are gracious for the experience and stay.

We booked this hotel with Secret escapes, and it did not disappoint! Prior to our travels we were contacted by the hotel to see if we wanted airport transfer - which we did. They organised this for us effortlessly and the driver met us at the airport. He was very courteous. When we arrived at the hotel, we were met by the owner, Alex, who showed us around the site and introduced us to the staff. He and the staff were great. This hotel/suites is made up of 8 villas, all with their private jaccuzi and with the most incredible and heavenly view. It is so peaceful and private. You are not overlooked by others (as most places in santorini). The villas are traditional and very spacious. Our villa was adjacent to the pool, with panoramic views (from our bedroom and dining area we had views of one side of the island, and from our terrace and sitting area, we were on the cliff top facing the volcano. We chose to have our daily breakfast on our terrace - we could not tear ourselves away from the views. The waiter & waitress that served us daily were brilliant - nothing was too much for them (Thank you Annita & George). There are also great walking treks from this hotel - 1 hour walk to Oia and 1 hour walk to Fira If we were to return to santorini, we would definitely return to C Sky.

What an amazing villa with Sunset views to die for, my fiancee and I stayed at the CSky Villas in Imerovigli, on the north end of Santorini, hosted by owner Alexis. Our villa was one of eight which featured bar, swimming pool and your very own jacuzzi. Our balcony was huge with sun umbrellas, dining table and sun loungers, we had such a great time it was very difficult leaving the property to go explore the hot spots around the island. The villa was extremely spacious with lots of rom in the living area and bedroom and we also had access to the roof area, where you can enjoy the surrounding views. The staff were amazing, always happy to have a chat and made our stay very special. If you don't fancy hiring a vehicle or motor bike the property has a great taxi service with Edward always ready to take you to your choice destination. Thank you Alex...

CSky hotel has one of the best view you could wish for. We had a magical stay at the hotel, the staff was very nice and very accommodating. Our room was amazing and we also enjoyed the food. From the hotel you can walk to Oia via a very beautiful scenic route and the hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the airport. I can not think of. A better place to stay in Santorini!
