SantAnna Luxury Suites

I booked this hotel in the beginning of June, and I didn’t know what to expect, but when I arrived to the hotel with my family I received a warm welcome from the lady in the reception name PENNY, she’s the one who escort my family and explain about the hotel and all about their service and even when we had a request for the breakfast and late checkout she did her best and apply with a big YES! I would like also give here my gratitudes to VAGGELIS and DIMITRIS from the pool bar who gave us the best service, either free bottle of water or room service, they were there to assist and help us. If you are looking for a quite resurtwith amazing view this is the place! The hotel have 14 suite what make it very special and unique, and close to the center. Great hotel and great staff!

From the moment we arrived at SantAnna we could tell immediately that this was going to be an amazing stay and it did not disappoint, the welcome, the room tour, the complimentary mini bar, were all amazing, the property is just stunning and everything was spotless. Every staff member we encountered were so lovely and helpful and nothing was a problem. A special mention to the barman, Vaggellis, he was exceptional, from his big smile and friendly hello, to his recommendations for cocktails, ( which hit the mark every time) to the welcome in the evening after returning from a day exploring, his friendly chat to his knowledge of mixing cocktails was second to none. GET THE OLDFASHIONED, by far the best one I've ever had. We genuinely loved this hotel and highly recommend. Do not miss an opportunity to stay here.

An exceptional stay at a new, modern hotel. The staff were super friendly and the rooms and amenities were top class. The breakfast, which is brought to the room every day was a particular highlight. The pool was as well relaxing, calm and super chill vibes. The hotel is a short walk to the Caldera view and about 15 minutes from the restaurants of Imerovigli.

We have just come home from an amazing stay at santanna. The hotel was beautiful, so clean, with very spacious rooms. The hotel is never overcrowded and not noisy at all, breakfast is served everyday and is delicious. The staff are so polite and are happy to help in anyway. You will definitely have a peaceful stay. More importantly we would like to say a massive thank-you to our kind barman and now friend, Vagellis. He made us feel so welcome, kept us topped up with his amazing cocktails and made our stay even more memorable by chatting with us everyday. He is such a kind man and is an asset to Santanna hotel! Thank-you for the wonderful stay!

Just home from the most amazing stay at the Santanna luxury suits. We had two incredibly huge and beautiful rooms for our family as our older children were travelling with us. We had a honeymoon suite and deluxe room. Both were great and the showers were especially good. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest ladies at reception. They were so helpful and couldn’t have done more for us. Every member of staff has been incredible, but I must say an extra special Thankyou to Vagellis. He is the most amazing man and does an outstanding job. It was a pleasure getting to know him a little and we are so grateful to how much he made our holiday extra special. Vagellis makes the best coffee and cocktails and has such a skill of remembering what everyone likes. He’s super efficient, incredibly friendly and he really made us feel special. SantaAnna is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are luxurious and beds incredibly comfortable. The whole property is perfectly clean and decorated in such a tasteful and contemporary style. Breakfast feels like such a treat being delivered so efficiently everyone morning to your room . We have one vegetarian in our group, and we were all really well catered for. The breakfast is huge, so tasty and with such a variety . The pool is a beautiful size and the sunbeds are so comfortable. The whole pool and bar area is impeccable and feels so indulgent to spend some time relaxing there. We can’t wait to go back . Thanks to everyone for making our stay so magical.

Excellent accommodation on the whole but a couple of things couldve been better. To start with the room looked amazing when we walked in, very clean and a good size for 4 people. Breakfast was lovely and they deliver to your room which was a nice change from a buffet. Very extensive! See photo. Only problem was we requested vegetarian on check in when asked and twice they brough a meat version, not too much of a problem but with only 14 rooms and having them write it down this shouldn’t have happened twice. The pool area was very nice and i tried one cocktail and food from the all day menu - everything we had was very good. Very nice little hotel, it is a little out of the way so you do need a car ideally as taxi’s are quite expensive for short drives. You can’t really walk after dark near the hotel as there is no pavement and no streetlights so not safe (hotel told us the same). We used this hotel for part of our trip and then went to Naxos for a couple of nights by ferry and then tried another part of Santorini on the last few nights. A couple of issues we had was one of the air conditioning units started beeping at around 2/3am and wouldn’t stop, we tried to call reception but no answer. In the morning we mentioned and someone managed to turn it off but the next night the same thing happened and no answer again when we called reception. So two out of the three nights we had very little sleep. When we mentioned this we got an apology and nothing offered to us for this big inconvenience. My husband then had to ask for a complimentary meal or drink, which was given but shame we had to ask! So I think the service could’ve been better. Also when we turned the taps on we could smell a sewage smell from the sinks. We never mentioned this as we didn’t use the sinks too much in the day but this probably needs to be looked at too. On the whole a lovely place to stay, would recommend it for a quiet stay. If the few issues weren’t there I would def give 5 stars as the property itself is lovely and the guy at the bar was very friendly and helpful.
