Trato muy familiar y acogedor, hasta el punto de guardarnos las maletas y dejarnos utilizar las instalaciones hasta que nos recogieron a las 7 de la tarde. Muy limpio y cómodo, bien situado. Por poner una pega: cortina en la ducha. Por todo lo demás, estupendo.

Son amables ….. hasta dos horas antes que hagas el check out. Para empezar el check out es 11 am. Por lo menos eso nos dijeron a nosotros. Te permiten dejar maletas pero no puedes salir de ese pequeño rincón para poder sacar algo con comodidad. No te permiten sentarte en el lobby y tienes que estar en un espacio que no tiene sombra. Mis hijos estuvieron en la piscina pero no tienen cambiador, es decir se deben cambiar en donde dejan las maletas (espacio súper reducido). Y pedimos que nos calentaran unas comidas que teníamos antes de irnos y nos dijeron que no de mala manera. Si te lo dicen todo de una manera amable, puedes entenderlo pero que te lo digan de manera ruda, no es tolerable.

Por donde empezar con este review?El staff más hostil y rudo que pueda haber! La ducha es tamaño miniatura y las cortinas no te permiten ducharte, el agua en el piso y las coladeras tapadas. Fui a pedir que me ayudaran con el baño y la secadora de pelo (que tampoco funcionaba) y textualmente me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. El servicio es tan malo que durante el desayuno continental a las 10 am me sacaron del area sin dejarme terminar mi café. Si quieren disfrutar sus vacaciones no aquí. Una amiga corto un durazno de su árbol y una señora del staff empezó a gritarle delante de todos “you you lady never again do it” un buen servicio encuentra la manera mas sutil para dejarnos saber lo q se permite o no se permite en privado. Fue tan horrible que todos nos sentimos regañados. A la hora de hacer el check out, nos dejaron en la puerta de afuera en el sol (30 min antes) porque en el lobby no nos dejan estar!!! Así que el bronceado que obtuve no fue por el placentero sol de Santorini, sino por esperar en el sol con las maletas afuera del hotel por espera del bus!!

Sencillo pero lindo hotel, entienden algo de español. Esta en FIRA, en una calle con una subida importante, bien ubicado, a 1 o 2 de muchos lugares para comer y negocios. A 2 cuadras de la estación de autobuses y a 3 cuadras de la catedral. Nuestra habitación tenía un balcón con mesa y sillas que daba a la piscina y jardín. No tiene caja de seguridad, ni agua embotellada, ni pava eléctrica en la habitación. El desayuno está bien, podría mejorar, no hay mucha variedad. La gente muy amable. Las camas cómodas.

We were so thankful for this place! Even tho the view of the water was minimal and the shower drainage struggled a bit, we still loved our stay. Breakfast was good, the staff was so welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was great! It felt like the lady who owned the place actually wanted us to be there and enjoy our stay!

We stayed in this family running hotel for three nights with my friends and we had a lovely experience. First of all the hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport (with car) and 5 minutes walking from the main square, shops and restaurants. Also the main bus station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel making it a great choice if you want to visit other areas of the island. The room was very spacious, clean and had a very needed aircondition. It was cleaned everyday. The only downfall, it was that the shower was very tiny and the curtain was sticking on you, resulting on water everywhere. However this was a minor issue comparing to the general experience. The pool was big and clean and were enough sunbeds for everyone. The other major asset of this hotel, was its owner mrs Haroula! She was a great host, very friendly and informative. She was caring and making it sure that we would have an unforgettable island experience. All the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location within walking distance of everything, very comfortable rooms with nice balcony. The pool was lovely too, warm with plenty of loungers. Great air-con also. Rooms kept nice and tidy daily. Maria and Lewis were fantastic hosts.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, central to shops & restaurants, 5 minute walk to Fira Town & bus stop, good breakfast, room spacious & cleaned every day, very reasonably priced for 4 night B & B, would highly recommend this to family and friends.

Exceeded our expectations, this place was perfect for our five day stay in Santorini, location was central in Fira walking distance to all things in Fira, on street parking available, pool was clean and well presented. Two bedroom room was enough for a family of four.
