Alojamiento dividido en 2 hoteles separados por 7 minutos a pie. El propietario ofreció transporte desde el segundo hotel hasta el desayuno, apareció 15 minutos antes y dijo que no un taxi; si no estábamos listos en 2 minutos, se irían y tendríamos que caminar. MUY GROSERO Y ARGUMENTARIO

We travelled to Santorini and stayed at Grand Murano. They emailed us prior to arrival to ask what time we were due to arrive and offered us a paid transfer. They picked us up from the airport and we had a smooth check in, we were delayed and didn’t arrive until just before midnight. The rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The two ladies on reception were helpful and offered advice on places to see etc. The location was perfect, about 10 mins walk to the centre of Fira. A great base! Our room also had a balcony, perfect to watch the sunrise. From here we travelled to different islands and we then returned to Santorini for our flight home. We had about 6 hours to kill in Santorini, the staff were willing to let us keep our cases at the hotel whilst we did some final exploring.

Very good hotel and nice hospitality.I went with my girlfriend and we had a great time. The owner very kind. She made us feel very nice. Very nice location very close to the main square of fira.I recommend that place for sure and I will visit again that hotel soon

Ήμασταν γκρουπ έντεκα άτομα κάναμε κράτηση για 4 δωμάτια. Όταν πήγαμε εκεί το τσεκ ιν έγινε αμέσως παρόλο που φτάσαμε πολύ νωρίτερα. Η ρεσεψιόν μας έδωσε πολλές πληροφορίες σχετικά με το νησί ! Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ καθαρά και το προσωπικό άψογο! Περάσαμε τρείς υπέροχες βραδιές σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο!

Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο των Φηρών πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από την Καλντέρα! Πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια και σχετικά ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο. Ήμασταν με τον αρραβωνιαστικό μου 4 μερες στην Σαντορίνη η εξυπηρέτηση της ρεσεψιόν ήταν άψογη και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει! Τέλειες διακοπές! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Pessimo servizio, non andateci mai. Ci sono venuti a prendere la sera in aeroporto (camera confermata) e poi arrivato in hotel ci hanno detto che la stanza sarebbe stata disponibile solo il giorno dopo... Pessimi. Anche il servizio transfer dall'aeroporto all'hotel è stato a dir poco squallido!!!!!! Il tipo che ci ě venuto a prendere era assonnato e forse ubriaco... Si ě fermato senza motivo al centro della strada per alcuni minuti non sapendo dove andare

Struttura datata , su strada molto trafficata . Le stanze davvero basic, letti posati come capita , lenzuola rigide e stropicciate, di brutto aspetto. Non fatevi ingannare dallla foto! L’albergo ha una vista mare ma Egeo, per la Caldera bisogna spostarsi ad almeno 100 metri. Credo uno dei peggiori hotel in cui ho soggiornato anche da studente al prezzo di un bell’albergo!!!Forte odore di fogna . Staff gentile.

ΤΟ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΟ ΠΟΥ ΕΧΩ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΦΤΕΙ .... αρχικά είχαμε κλείσει τρίκλινο, φτάνοντας στην ρεσεψιόν η ιδιοκτήτρια με τεράστια αγένεια και ειρωνία ισχυρίστηκε ότι είχαμε κλείσει δίκλινο ενώ της δείξαμε τα μηνύματα από την κράτηση που είχαμε κάνει με τον υπάλληλο του ξενοδοχείου που αποδείκνυαν ότι η κράτηση έγινε για τρίκλινο ... Δεν έχω γνωρίσει πιο αγενές και ανέντιμο προσωπικό αφού δεν δίστασε να μας πετάξει στην κυριολεξία στον δρόμο , απειλώντας μας ότι θα μας κάνει μάλιστα και καταγγελία .... Αναφορικά με το δωμάτιο ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεχτο χωρίς τα απαραίτητα ειδη υγιεινής （σαπούνι,πετσέτες）, ενώ τα στρώματα ήταν πολύ άβολα και σκληρά. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα σε καμία περίπτωση σε κανέναν !

Da premettere xhe noi italiani siamo abituati al lusso.. ma qui il lusso si paga. Dalle recensioni sinceramente mi aspettavo qualcosa di peggio. Ma posso dire xhe dopo 3 notti la posizione eccellente con parcheggio free a 2 passi ma super tranquillo e is trovava sempre posto. La reception aperta tutto il giorno e chiedeva solo la sera tardi ma è comprensibile, non era prevista la colazione ma era tutto collegato e con un bar e ristorante gentilissimi e sempre aperto , dove noi prendevamo il caffè buono e il cappuccino la portare in camera , e avendo tutte le stanze la veranda si faceva colazione vista mare, do fronte all'hotel c'è un supermercato aperto fino a notte fonda e quindi a disposizione tutto per la colazione sia italiana che internazionale. Il bar aveva la possibilità di farti la colazione a pagamento. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno, il pronto e il frigo funzionate e pulito. Diciamo xhe per il bagno con poco di po migliore ma per una doccia e uscire va benissimo. Acqua calda e con tendina . Manca il bagnoschiuma ma era disponibile un dispencer che hanno riempito tutti i giorni. Siamo amdatila supermercato e comprato. Ambiente tranquillo vista ottima e vicinissima al centro. Giudizio: essendo santorini un po cara oxme prezzi la struttura può andar bene.
