This was definitely one of my favorite places to stay. It was clean, the view was incredible, the food was amazing. Simply decadent. Niko and Max treated us like family. We are already planning our return trip.

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a perfect spot—close to everything yet still quiet enough for a relaxing escape. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the property manager, Niko. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. From personalized local recommendations to lightning-fast responses whenever I had a question, Niko’s hospitality and professionalism were next-level. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort and experience.

Was here with a few friends about a week ago for a birthday celebration and we had an amazing stay! Niko the concierge is exceptional, he is amazing and loves what he does. The entire team at celestial was lovely . Our villa was cleaned twice a day , fresh sheets , etc The pool area was cleaned every other day . Break fast was served on time and very delicious 🤤. I will recommend this place over and over again. Worth the cost!!!!

I visited this hotel a week ago and had top notch services. I want to thank Niko -our concierge who was exceptional, professional and available to ensure our stay was wonderful. We had our rooms cleaned twice a day 🤗 Fresh towels and bath Robes available. This place deserves a 5 Star and more. Our stay was pleasant and it felt like home away from home. The views are breath taking 😍.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Iantha villa at the Celestia Grande for several nights in June. Prior to our visit Niko emailed outlining itinerary options tailored to the groups personal interests. While on site the services provided by Niko and the staff were exemplary. Requests for information, reservations, and transportation were managed with enthusiasm and care to provide us with an unforgettable experience. The accommodations were spectacular with an expansive view of the Caldera. The hotel is within walking distance of Fira town center however they also offer a complimentary shuttle. The town offers plenty of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing options . From our location we could view the Santorini port, volcano and in the distance Oia. The rooms were bright and spacious with luxury linens. The rooms and outside spaces were cleaned daily. In the evening they provided a linen refresh and turndown service. The sun deck, heated pool and hot tub are well equipped with a shaded dining area. A customized breakfast was delivered daily to the room based on our schedule request. Upon our arrival Niko provided a welcome snack on the sun deck with a guide/history of the island. Niko suggested dining on the deck the first night to take in the sunset. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the menu options. During our stay with friends at the villa we were celebrating a special occasion which Niko offered to commemorate with a photo shoot from his favorite locations on the property . He captured stunning sunset photos providing us with a treasured keepsake of the trip. Another example of the level of service provided was on our departure day, Niko started his morning at 3:30am to porter our bags and personally deliver a packaged breakfast with coffee. I highly recommend a visit to Celestia Grand in Santorini. Niko is a five star concierge with a playful sense of humor. His recommendations during our stay were very insightful and will surely bring us back to this beautiful island again!
