No volveré ni lo recomiendo. Para empezar el chico de la recepción tiene algún tipo de enfermedad mental no diagnosticada ya que se siente sobrepasado con cualquier tipo de pregunta respecto a los servicios del hotel y te responde de forma agresiva y con muy poca educación. Después, el trato con el restaurante pésimo. Nos dijeron que podían cenar una pareja de amigos en el bar si pagaban el ticket. Ante las malas palabras del de recepción dijeron que nos invitaban, y una vez cenando en el bar, vinieron a cobrar…..y barato no es. Un 0 en todos los sentidos. Restaurante, recepción, todo. La zona está llena de hoteles, mejor ir a otro sin duda.

Estuve alojado con mi mujer y mis hijas entre el 8y el 11/07 y resulta que me entero que Karim, uno de los camareros ha intentado ligar con mi mujer, dándole el telef y tocándola, cosa que puede verse en las cámaras de seguridad. Espero que se tomen medidas, no se cual es la política de la empresa pero no lo voy a dejar así... Respecto al resto de empleados muy atentos, las instalaciones de piscina muy limpias mis hijas lo pasaron bien

Nosotros hemos pasado una de las mejores semanas de nuestra vida allí volveremos sin duda, es perfecto el sitio, tranquilo, con muy buen ambiente, se come bien y sobre todo nos a encantado el trato de los empleados son un encanto, nos hemos reído hasta llorar con ellos y sobre todo con Luisa la mujer de recepción es lo mejor que nos llevamos de Santa Susana ❤️ volveremos pronto nos a encantado

Cuento los días que falta para volver con mi familia al hotel Santa Susanna Resort. Hemos hecho la reserva con On the Beach y hemos obtenido un precio inmejorable. Tengo ganas de ponerme la pulsera del todo incluido y ver disfrutar de nuevo a mis hijos comiendo y bebiendo en el parque acuático del hotel. La agencia me ha comentado que toda la instalación del aire acondicionado es nueva de última generación y han hecho otras mejoras. Nos vemos pronto!!!

El chico de recepción es un maleducado. No sé hasta qué punto sabe que su trabajo es atención al cliente, no sirve para ese trabajo. Su compañera algo mejor aunque no nos hemos sentido cómodos en ningún momento. Y eso que este malestar está verbalizado y no se han disculpado. La comida del restaurante muy normalita para lo que vale; el trato del personal del restaurante que te atiende al llegar un 0. Las habitaciones no están mal aunque se oye mucho ruido de fiesta de alrededor. Fuimos 4 personas y sin duda no volveremos, y principalmente es por el trato del personal del hotel que es nefasto.

Donde empezar ! Si bien no soy snob cuando estoy de vacaciones con mi nieta, ¡no aprecio que los adultos y los niños digan palabrotas durante el día o la noche! ¡Qué es lo que obtienes en este hotel desafortunadamente! ¡Adultos fumando en toda la zona de la piscina! ¡El hotel me recuerda a los hoteles en los que solía quedarme hace más de 35 años! ¡Comida muy básica, vivía de papas fritas! (bueno, comimos fuera una vez porque solo estuvo allí durante cuatro días). canciones! ¡Tan decepcionante porque quería que mi nieta experimentara el "club de niños!" Yih se les dan fichas que debe conservar para cambiar por vasos de plástico, incluso en las noches no hay vasos, ¡todo es de plástico! ¡Una ventaja siempre fue que había muchas tumbonas! Y el personal del bar era encantador. ¡El tren que te lleva a la ciudad siempre llega tarde! Aunque puedes caminar a la ciudad en quince minutos. ¡Mi consejo es que pagues un poco más y encuentres otro lugar para quedarte!

Noone comes to the Costa Brava expecting fine dining or high culture but, however low your expectations, Santa Susanna will be worse. It consists of a string of large hotels and a caravan park surrounded by an industrial wasteland. The beach is lovely but unless you love burger and pizza joints and tacky fridge-magnets you won't find anything even slightly related to Catalunya. About 30 minutes' walk north is Magrat sur mer which has a bit of charm and seems to have a permanent resident population which helps. It has an Islamic community centre so make of that what you will. Even here though the grafitti is everywhere.

Arrived Just before we could check in but managed to go down for dinner, food wasn’t much cop very little choice and stodgy. Not much seating area but after our travels we had no choice of being hungry. Room ready at 1 and when we went in we thought was still being sorted. Hairs in clumps on floor. A very basic room on ground floor Very tiny no fridge and no control for tv. Walls plaster board thin and could hear people playing on the arcades down corridor and air hockey. Could also hear clearly people next door and above. Sinking bathroom leaked so told reception Someone went to fix but only slightly tightened up so still leaked. Breakfast was similar to lunch all the same solid eggs and only one toaster. Limited choice. We didn’t eat in hotel again and opted out every day. Was just free for all piss up for what I’m only going to describe as chaos! Drinking all day and night brought out the 39p energy drink crew. Shouting and rowdiness well after the bar closed and seeing as our room was on ground floor was extremely noisy! Was watching people complain all the time just to complain for no reason! The staff were great and clearly under constant pressure from the alcohol infused crowd. I sympathise with them and wish them well. Would not return here due to the state of people and the clientele it brings! Location was okay as beach was 15 mins away and couple of big supermarkets left and right! The gym in the hotel was absolute pathetic 4 weights no heavier than 10kg and a broken crosstrainer!

To be honest this hotel was disappointing. We arrived early hours - the staff on reception were friendly and check in was easy. Room The room was very basic which is what I was expecting BUT I noticed straight away that I could not open the curtains to the 1 single window. That morning I sorted all our stuff and then went to have a shower but it was broken and the shower curtain fell off. We were only there 3 nights so we said we would just put up with it and bath instead. That night we were tired and came to bed at 10pm what a mistake….all we could hear was BANG BANG BANG for what seemed like forever… I called reception they said they would send someone but never did. we think we were under the games room, room 241 don’t accept if you are given it!!! Food Was what you expect for a 3 star Snack bar was meh but again ok if haven’t eaten breakfast or lunch Dining area Was busy busy busy Basic Staff Reception team nice bar man working in the inside bar was really nice - always served with a smile Pool bar - lucky if you got a smile from anyone Snack bar - 2 people working in there look so unhappy and did not smile once Animation team - girl who played football was nice Pool Very busy. The ball game is played at the shallow end most of the day so if you go in you are stuck in deep in. Kids pool looked ok for the kiddies No music so atmosphere not great (could have done with some to drown out some very loud people) Sunbeds - most broken, uncomfortable, and taken before 10am so most people up early reserving Bus to beach was good and free. Tip - it doesn’t come between 1-3 which we only found out after waiting for over an hour Drinks token thing was ok - didn’t mind it too much Entertainment - none - music played on speakers in the bar area / outside. We did play bingo once when it was raining Hotel was clean enough Think our awful room really had a bad affect on my opinion tbh
