You are just steps away from the beach and you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the full while sitting out on the balcony at a price that is hard to beat on 30A. This clean beautiful 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom unit boasts a host of features including vinyl woodgrain flooring, new stainless steel appliance, modern decor with all fresh paint throughout. It has a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool area and views of the ocean. The units bedroom has a comfortable king size bed along with bunkbeds in a little nook area off the main hallway and a queen size sofa bed in the living area. It has a full bathroom with a shower/tub along with another 1/2 bath connected to the bunk bed area. The condo and location will not disappoint. We will have 2 beach chairs and umbrella for your use along with some beach essentials.
