Felipe the front desk man, was with no exception the most outstanding person I've ever met. With a wealth of knowledge of all the things to see in Santa Fe. Not only is he probably handsome and smart. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made our stay such an enjoyable one. My wife was very frantic about trips was completely and disarray and he figured that nut job out and settled that crazy whack job down thank God.

Let's be honest Econo Lodges are not on the high end of the hotel scale, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It is clean and well kept up. It is in a good location near shopping and restaurants. The hotel manager was knowledgeable and helpful. If you are traveling to ”Oldtown Santa Fe” it is about a 5 mile drive. The breakfast area is small which makes it crowded if more than 8 people are there. The room is good sized but the bathroom area is tiny therefore it is not really a suite. You get what you pay for so don't expect too much. All in all not a bad experience.

The hotel was great, not the newest but it was clean. Staff was friendly. The beds were super comfy. We always bring our own pillows because some places they are hard. These pillows were so comfy we left ours in the car. Just like home. The frig froze a couple things but really minor cheese can freeze and you can still eat it! Everything was clean and fresh. Coffeemaker in room was k-cup style and the brand was so good. The microwave was great too. The air was working great too. The hot breakfast was great a lot of choices but no regular plain oatmeal only sugar filled packages but no complaints really so much to choose from. The pool is inside it was too cold to get in and my husband got in but out quick. I thought it was suppose to be heated? Hot tub was clean to but no jets which is sorta useless just like taking a hot bath in your swim suit. I have really one concern. There is a lot of unhoused folks in the area. Some were in the bushes in front of the patio passed out. And they are in the medians which is dangerous. We also live in a city where we have our unhoused population. So we do understand the issue . But it was scary a lady was riding her bike and was very shakey if we had not moved off the side walk she would have hit us. We love walking around the area looking for hidden gems but we were not comfortable walking away from the hotel. So we just drove which was perfectly fine. If you go down town the the plaza best advice GO EARLY! Parking can be difficult. But so worth it to check out all the shops and various venders. Check out the French bakery you won’t be disappointed!

El servicio al cliente, buen servicio a cuartos, las personas alli presentes muy amables el area muy segura todo fue muy centrico, restaurants de diferente comida ,como seafood, comida China, comida al estilo mexicana.

El viejo bote de la recepción se mueve muy lentamente. Un poco viejo. No es bueno el desayuno. Café, leche.

It was nice to find a place that still has smoking rooms available, they don't have much amenities, but its more then half price then other places in town, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, thats the main thing when you need a place to sleep. The other things would be nice, like a coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, but life doesn't end not having them. Again why pay two or three times as much for a place with ”free breakfast” that offer bland cereal, rubbery eggs or if lucky make your own waffle, when Dennys is across the street and you get a great meal for a quater of the extra cost in price difference. All and all a decent place especially for the price and would stay at again if ever back in Santa Fe

We came here for 3 nights and it was worth every penny! The people were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean, and very comfortable. This was our first time staying at a La Quinta hotel and we will definitely stay at them again in the future.
