El Farolito B&B Inn

Outstanding in every way. The room was spacious but cozy. Really enjoyed the sofa in front of the fireplace. The fire was set & ready to light every afternoon when we returned from wandering. Breakfast was delicious - coffee, warm pastries & fruit followed by a hot dish (always vegetarian friendly). The fresh baked cookies in the afternoon were a nice treat. Location is great for exploring the city - but parking was easily accessible when we wanted to drive. Cannot recommend more highly

As others have said, this was a great place to stay. Room was clean & comfortable, hosts were friendly & accommodating, daily breakfast was delicious & afternoon cookies were a nice treat. Breakfast included buffet options of cereal, juice, fruit, yogurt, a quick bread & coffee/tea. There was also a daily entree of an egg preparation with optional salsas & toasts. Each room is unique & quite private. Easy walk to the rail yards (farmers & artists market Saturdays) & downtown. Fine dining on one side & brewpub with food truck on the other. Would stay again.

We are regular travelers to Santa Fe and have stayed in every type of lodging. This is our new favorite. It is the most charming place imaginable in superb location. Rooms are nicely decorated and common areas are lovely. El Farolito sits on a quiet secondary street between the exclusive Restaurant Martin and a popular local brewpub with a food truck, so you've already got that kind of variety right next door. Santa Fe's famed Plaza, the Railyards, and the state Capital are all within easy walking distance, as is even more shopping and dining, including everything from a food court to multiple James Beard nominees and awardees. Service is personable. Breakfasts are generally very good, although the entree on one of our three days wasn't quit as good as the others (was not served as hot as expected and was a little light on flavor). Still, overall they got us happily fortified to start each of our days. While not what most would call a "bargain," we found El Farolito to be a good value as the price was excellent relative to the options of similar charm and/or location. Bottom line: we have a new first choice for future Santa Fe trips.

I have been staying at El Farolito for over 20 years. I am always impressed with how the Inns Keepers, Wayne and Walt have consistently delivered a great experience. This is a high end B&B, the property is immaculately curated and maintained. The breakfast is always delicious. The location is walking distant to the Plaza, Canyon Road arts district, Georgia O’Keefe Museum, and tons of great restaurants. With 20 years of being a client, I still highly recommend this business. Thanks gentlemen for another great visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your bed and breakfast. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the selections were plentiful. We thought our room, the Delgado room 5, was quite comfortable. The amenities were wonderful. I would choose another room to expand my stay.

We stayed at El Farolito 2 nights, our Casita was beautiful, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed (area maps, coffee, water, soft drinks, robes, extra blankets/pillows, privacy, etc). Wayne and his staff were friendly and professional. The morning breakfast offered a large variety, 2 delicious organic local coffees, 3 flavors of juices, tons of tea choices, cereals, yogurt, fresh cut fruit, freshly baked fruit/nut bread, and their morning hot breakfast special with your coice of toast. They pay close attention to food allergies. Throughout the day there are drinks and snacks available. It is located in a perfect location, just far enough from the Plaza to avoid the crowds, but only about a 10 min walk to attractions and restaurants. We hope we get the chance to visit again 😊
