I don't leave review very often because I'm not a picky person for the hotel although I'm a diamond member and have stayed with Hilton for many years. But I have to complain this time. We came to the hotel early at about 12:00 PM and met a lady in the front desk. This lady apparently weren't welcome us. She communicated with us passively without a cold face, ignorant attitude and didn't even look at us when speaking. When we asked questions, she only answered in a few negative words like "I don't know". In addition, she kept taking calls for several minutes and left us standing there waiting for her without knowing what's the progress of our checking in. At last, we asked her if we can change our room location to avoid facing highway since my sleep quality is bad. She reluctantly did it because she thought that room is not noisy. Since the room was not available yet at that moment, we said we will come back after 4 pm. But later when we returned to the hotel, we were told by another front desk that all the rooms were sold out and we can't change room. I said that lady had changed the room for us. But the front desk said there was no any record showing our room was changed. So we ended up with staying in the original room assigned to us facing the highway. I almost couldn't have a sleep at that night with the noise! Beside this "accident", there are also other things the hotel needs to improve although they are not big deals to me. First, the shampoo/shower gel bottles were installed too high to reach for kids (are you afraid kids use them too much?). And we didn't find show cap in the bathroom. Second, the breakfast quality is below Hilton's average level. Overall, this is one of the most disappointing experience I've ever had in Hilton.
