A fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. I had booked a short break with my two adult sons for an early pre Christmas ski. We were delighted to be upgraded to an amazing family suite. The hotel is walking distance from the bus station and located near the Naasserein Lift. Annalise and her team are always on hand to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was exactly what you needed to start the day. The omelettes were just fantastic! Compliments to chef. Theos Restsurant should also be visited. The steam room and sauna were amazing! Perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. One thing to note is that outside the hotel is a bus stop which conveniently takes you to and from The Galzig lift. Such a cozy place! You could tell that the hotel is driven by people who love it. Rooms clean, breakfast great, friendly very helpful staff, afternoon fika, warm skiroom, bus stop right outside the door, and you can also ski out to the Nasserein lift. You can get fairly close on ski in as well, but need to walk the last bit, else you can take skibus from center or Nasserein. Walking distance to the city center for restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

This place is perfection! Annalisa and her crew make this bed & breakfast the best I've ever stayed at. Ski in/ski out in a quiet area of town. The lodge is super clean yet very warm & cozy. Great spa area with sauna, steam, LED light therapy & relaxation room. The massage was one of the best I've ever had...I highly recommend. The breakfasts were delicious with tons of options. Tea, coffee and a backed sweet treat were set out every afternoon. Annalisa went above & beyond from great ski/mountain advise to giving us a ride into town to return our ski gear. Super comfy beds, great towels...this place checked all the boxes!

Annalisa and her staff made this trip so enjoyable! The rooms were so homey. Annalisa took the time every morning to make sure that our day would be the best ever. She personally went over the ski maps, directed us to the perfect snow, and even arranged the best ski guides for our group. We had a lively bunch - 23 of us - and she and her staff made sure that each and every one of us had what we needed. Breakfast every morning was amazing! The homemade jams were the best thing I have ever tasted! Laundry was super easy - left with them for the day, and it was returned to our room the same day folded! Renting skis could not be any easier - as it was right around the corner. The ski room with the dryers were perfect, making sure that your gear was dry and ready to go for the next day! The lodge is right on piste - ski out, literally a 30 second walk to the slopes! I hope I get to go back and see her and her staff! It truly was the trip of a lifetime!

Thank you Anna Lisa and your team for an absolutely perfect stay. This was a last minute ski trip and we feel very lucky to have discovered Arlen Lodge. My whole family agrees that we want to come back here year after year and that’s rare for us all to agree! Firstly the hospitality here is exceptional. Anna Lisa makes sure you feel right at home and gave us lots of advice on runs and routes. She even showed me how to hold my skis like a pro! The location is perfect for us. You can ski in and ski out and are around 10 mins walk to the centre of st Anton which would have been too busy for us. The lodge is spotless in both the communal areas and the rooms. We also loved the heated boot rack, the homemade afternoon tea and the use of sledges and snowball makers. The spa area was also high quality albeit we didn’t use it very much. We had a basement suite and whilst the view and light are poor, we were barely in the room during daylight so this didn’t bother us. The suite was spacious with very comfortable beds. We also loved the free bath salts to ease our tired limbs. The breakfast is exceptional. The quality of the food which was all fresh and homemade was excellent. There was also an abundance of choice which is rare for a hotel of this size. I loved the fresh omelettes. We also ate at Theos and again the food and service were excellent. It’s not very well advertised but the games room in Theos is a great spot to chill with the family and play some pool. St Anton itself was great - pretty picture perfect. So quick from the airport. We left LGW at 8.30am and were on the slopes for 1pm. The runs I found tough. There’s very limited options for an easy run to warm up and at times it was very busy with some very fast skier’s careering down the slopes. I wouldn’t come here as a complete beginner. The area however is vast. The lift system is easy (including some heated chair lifts) and the food quality on and off the slopes is very good. Tobogganing is also a must and great fun. The apres ski is very lively but easy to avoid if you want a quieter time. So as I said at the start, it was a perfect 5 night trip and we most definitely will be back to stay at Anna Lisa’s home from home at Arlen Lodge. Anna who happened to be there helping out while where were there (and she was very helpful as well with ideas about skiing on the mountain). Everyone that works here is very affable. You could tell that there was a tremendous amount of thought given to this hotel through and through. The rooms were very comfortable, windows with great views, great location, ski on, ski out. The water pressure here is great, and you can drink the water right out of the sink: it’s delicious. The restaurant downstairs, Theo's, was excellent, and in fact, we ate there twice. And if you go, tell Oliver we said hello. Service was impeccable, and food was delicious. Every morning, they had a great breakfast ready for you, and then in the afternoon came different kinds of cakes and strudels and donuts and home-made chocolate chip cookies waiting for you. The spa downstairs was shockingly as nice as a great spa that you would just visit for the amenities! They've got two saunas and a steam room, and obviously they spent a lot of money on the it: It all worked perfectly and the hardest part is now staying in too long. They also have a game room downstairs, where you can have your own beer out of the tap. Free parking. They have a ski storage area, so you don't have to have your stuff in the room. You just go downstairs. And you put on your ski boots, take them off of the heated rack, and off you go. If you're an epic pass-holder you can use it at St. Anton, as long as you stay, I believe, four nights at this hotel, which to tell you the truth, was too short anyway! We would have loved to have stayed longer. So without a doubt, this place is a five-star across the board, and thank you, Anna, for making our stay so special. We look forward to when we come back, and we will for sure stay right here again!
