We booked two nights here at the beginning of our trip. What a fantastic place! Great views, excellent room with a balcony. Everything worked, the room was super comfortable, no complaints. The staff was Amazing! The only downside was the hike up from the town. We took a cab from the train station because we had our bags with us and that was a good idea. The road to the hotel is steep. The walk is entirely doable and not excessively difficult but after a full meal in town, a taxi seemed like a better plan. For the money, I don’t know if there was a better value in St. Anton. I would recommend this hotel to friends and would gladly stay there again.

The spa and cuisine were wonderful. Unfortunately, I had no heating in my room for two days. After several reminders, a noisy electric heater was provided. The staff was very friendly, but the owners seemed somewhat arrogant. The overall sound insulation of the house is lacking, making it easy to be disturbed by late-night guests. All in all, there might be better accommodations in Sankt Anton

Very comfortable hotel,good services,Nice swimming pool,great view from the sauna.Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice.Tea Time In the afternoon included in the price of the room.Unfortunately the village of Sankt Anton is completely Closed from the 15/09.No restaurant,no Shops open.Go to This village when it s open because it s very sad.

I stayed for 4 nights, and definitely it was my best ski holiday. The Hotel is brand new, rooms are very cozy, beds are comfy, breakfast is delicious. The spa with the outdoor warm pool is a great way to end a ski day. Most important is the hospitality of the family that runs the hotel. We felt like at home.

Stayed here with a friend in Feb 2023. Everything was great. Good breakfast with lots of choices including vegan options. They also have snack time from 3pm to 5pm. Great pool and sauna at the top of the hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Free parking. The only small downside was the size of the room which was a bit too small but very nice nonetheless.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were lovely and very friendly and there were lots of extra little touches that really made the trip special. The breakfast was excellent and really set one up for a full day skiing.

Beautifully rustic, cozy, and friendly family run hotel just 5-10 minutes (down hill / uphill) walk from main area of St Anton, with fantastic view of the city and valley from the property! Free onsite parking, amazing breakfast and lunch included!

Das Positive vorab: Das Essen ist wirklich fantastisch am Abend und das Hotel an sich ist wirklich sehr schön und stylisch eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind in einem top Zustand und auch der Wellness-Bereich ist klein aber fein. Nun leider zum Negativen: Der Service ist leider unterirdisch. Im Restaurant spricht kaum jemand deutsch und man kann sich nur auf Englisch unterhalten. Zudem ist das Personal null aufmerksam. Es wird nicht gefragt, ob man noch etwas zu trinken oder einen Kaffee möchte. Ich habe einmal am Morgen zwei Spiegeleier bestellt. Auch der Koch konnte kein deutsch und hat mir zwei gekochte Eier gemacht. Auf meine Reklamation hin hat er sichtlich genervt noch zwei Spiegeleier gemacht. Ein echtes Highlight ist zudem die Weinkarte. Vorab: Ich bin kein Weinkenner, verkehre aber durchaus auch in deutlich besseren Hotels und bin mit den dortigen Weinkarten vertraut. Hier findet man unzählige Weine, wo einem die Kinnlade herunterfällt. Einige Weine kosten mehrere ZEHNTAUSEN € und man findet kaum einen Wein, der nicht mehrere 100 € kostet! Wir haben uns dann für den günstigsten Wein für 44 € entschieden:-). In dieser Preisklasse war die Auswahl jedoch sehr mau. Bei unserer Anreise hieß es, dass unsere Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht werden. Dies ist nicht passiert und wir mussten unser Gepäck schließlich selbst aufs Zimmer bringen. Die Abreise: Ich habe höflich gefragt, ob ich mit Amex bezahlen könne, woraufhin mir gesagt wurde, dass man mir einen Bezahllink zuschickt, "wenn ich denn unbedingt mit Amex bezahlen muss". Auch das ist für mich kein Verhalten einem Gast gegenüber. Um unsere Autos zu bekommen, mussten wir einem schlecht gelaunten Angestellten hinterherhetzen, der nicht einmal den Anstand hatte, unsere Koffer zu tragen. Leider überwiegen hier die negativen Erfahrungen deutlich die positiven, weshalb wir dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr besuchen werden und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Arpuria. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und köstlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die entspannte Atmosphäre in der Vita Bar und die hervorragende Weinauswahl im Kaiserstein-Weinkeller. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
