Florian Maison Resort

Florian Maison is a little off the beaten path but so worth a visit! There are 6 beautifully appointed rooms - ours had a large bathroom with gorgeous marble floors and counters double sinks, railhead shower, and deep tub with jets. Other details include fantastic linens, pillows, bathrobes, and a large balcony overlooking the countryside. But as nice as the accommodations are, the real reason to come is the restaurant. The food was sublime - not only delicious but beautifully and creatively presented with excellent wine pairings. The expert service was attentive and thoughtful. Chef Umberto is warm, gracious, and friendly, greeting us when we arrived, during our meal and when we left. It was a 5 star experience in every way.

Questo ristorante ormai è come una tradizione di famiglia. Quando dobbiamo festeggiare qualcosa o qualcuno per noi c’è Florian Maison. Un locale elegante con dettagli di design divertenti e interessanti. Il personale è impeccabile, attento ad ogni dettaglio e disponibile a soddisfare qualunque bisogno. E il cibo, il cibo è sublime. Si legge ricercatezza in ogni piatto, attenzione alla preparazione e materie prime davvero ottime. Ogni pietanza porta la firma dello chef De Martino che cerca di portare un po’ della sua terra a Bergamo. Il locale merita la stella Michelin che già ha e a mio parere ne meriterebbe altre mille!

Posso solo dire che è stata una cena ECCEZIONALE. Abbiamo cenato all'esterno e l'atmosfera è stata davvero piacevole. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo scelto il menu "sì viaggiare... nel tempo" con relativo percorso vini (assolutamente azzeccato) Mammamia!!!! Wow Wow Wow!!! Il fagottino di triglia..... Complimenti!
