I had a disappointing stay at the residence. Upon arrival, the apartment temperature was 23°C. When I requested an increase due to my 3-year-old feeling cold, I was initially told it wasn’t possible. The following day, after a dispute, the temperature was adjusted. Sadly, my child fell ill, and when I inquired about using the children’s play area, the receptionist dismissively claimed it couldn’t be warmed, insinuating it might not be warm enough for my child. Furthermore, requests for an iron and basic information about housekeeping were met with unhelpful responses. I recommend management consider relocating this staff member to a back-office role, as customer service does not seem to be her forte.”
