This is the best property we have ever stayed at. The views were incredible, like I’ve never seen before. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had the Sophia Loren room and the bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was large with a nice shower. They had a washer and dryer for use as well. Host suggested a beautiful beach on the coast so we went and were not disappointed. The drive there was spectacular with many stops to take pics along the way. We even had a nap and then enjoyed some wine on the lounge chairs on the backyard patio overlooking the views of San Gimignano. The gardens were lovely and the birds were chirping. It was located a short 5 minute walk in to beautiful San Gimignano walled town. We had a car so we chose to pay the small fee to park close to the B&B. Benedetta, the host, was a beautiful soul who obviously has a passion for her place and for San Gimignano. This was a dream come true for us.

Spacious well equipped rooms, immaculately presented and beautifully furnished. B&B La Cornice is a real gem. Attention to detail is everywhere, right down to the complimentary high quality shampoo, shower gel and hand soap in our room. The breakfasts were fabulous and the service from Benedetta and her family was flawless. The location was ideal - just a short walk from the centre of San Gimignano. Perfect!

Fabulous B and B!! The location is stunning, with many areas in the yard to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the glorious view. We stayed in the Mina room (2 bedrooms, kitchen). Beautiful room with private garden. Never used the kitchen, too busy to cook. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, fresh orange juice, garden tomatoes, homey muffins…The owner/host Benedetta is absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful, made daily suggestions for towns to visit that I would not of known of. The home has been in the family for generations and is beautifully appointed with a loving touch. Walk to town in less than 7 minutes. Found a delicious restaurant close by. Wonderful neighborhood to stay in. Yard is huge and on the last evening we discovered the ping pong table on the side yard! Played for several hours that evening, was so much fun! Only regret is that we had to leave, would love to return one day

We had a great time in San Gimigiano staying at B&B La Cornice. The view from the garden is superb. Benedetta is a great host and was very responsive whenever I had questions. We had the apartment with two rooms and the private Terrace. It was very nice, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfasts were perfect for us, great coffee as well as home made cake - delicious. It is very cloee to the city, a short 7 minute walk.

This place is amazing and I’d highly recommend! Firstly, Benedetta is a friendly and helpful host who accommodated us with an earlier check-in time as well as helping us to arrange local tours. She gave easy and clear instructions on self-check. Secondly, the location is perfect! The garden overlooks/has views of San Gimingnano and is a 10 minute walk into the main town. Thirdly, the amenities are fantastic - we stayed in the ‘Sophia room’ which had two rooms with the master being very spacious. The bathroom was big as well and the shower had great water pressure. While you’re there also make sure to get the breakfast included! It was absolutely delicious. Lastly, we were able to use the laundry (open from 9am-6pm) which was very helpful! Overall our stay was fantastic & Benedetta has created a warm and cosy place that I would highly recommend if you’re in the area!!

A fantastic stay at this B&B. The location is absolutely perfect with an amazing view to San Gimignano and the surroundings. The rooms are good size, very good beds and clean. Bathroom modern and good size too. The breakfast is absolutely perfect - one of the best we have had in a long time considering 'presentation' as well as taste. And the host is very service minded and with clear and useful communication on all practicalities. Highly recommended. Probably our best stay this year and we travel a lot in various countries.

After leaving busy Florence, it was a slice of heaven to arrive in Tuscany and experience the beautiful region of San Gimignano! The accommodations were lovely at B&B LaCornice-clean, spacious and overlooking the town with breathtaking views! We took a cooking class with Benadette and Franca Maria making homemade Pici. On short notice, they were able to meet my husband’s dietary restrictions which was awesome! We sat outside and feasted on the pasta we made with incredible wines from the region as well as cheese and meats.I would recommend to stay here to anyone visiting San Gimignano-we loved it! The hosts were lovely!

Excellent location with breathtaking view to old town. Beautiful garden, you can enjoy the breakfast outside. Breakfast is served and you select your favorite choices. Benedetta is an excellent and polite host and is happy to give you tips for restaurants etc. Would stay there again.

First lets start with the owner and her father. They could not be more charming or helpful. Then there's the location, short walk into town and within striking distance of Florence, Venice and the Cinque Terra. I will most definitely plan on staying here anytime I visit Tuscany. the property is modern and kept spotless. The view from the garden is amazing.
