The greater the hope, the greater the disappointment. Let's talk about the good things about this hotel first. The sanitation of the room and corridor is good, the taste of the breakfast is also OK, and the location of the hotel is good. The USS Midway aircraft carrier is not far from the window. But for some reason, there is always a harsh and annoying sound outside the window. At first, we thought it was the sound of some electrical appliances. After a while, we realized that it might be due to the design of the building itself. The noise caused by the wind outside the high-rise window. This continuous noise seriously affected our rest. Another thing we are not satisfied with is the design and layout of the room. We live in a corner king-size bed room. The room area is very small. The sofa and TV are placed not far from the entrance of the room. The air conditioner is facing the sofa, and the cold wind blows directly at people. The design is very unreasonable. The bathroom is large, but the strange thing is that the washbasin is designed to be very narrow and the shower area is not large enough. It is almost difficult for tall guests to move and turn around in it. In addition, the frosted large glass window in the bathroom is too transparent, and a movable curtain should be installed to block the light. The last thing that made us unhappy with this hotel was that they charged $12 per package for storage. This is unheard of and simply incomprehensible.

The service at the front desk was great, helpful and friendly. The hotel is super well located, you can see the USS Midway right across and the transportation here is great. The breakfast was good and the good at the restaurant was very tasty. Would definitely come again.
