Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Southeast/Frost Bank Center

We always stay here on trips to South Padre Island. This time it was expensive. We stay here because of reasonable pricing. Now, I will look around for a better price. It could be just inflation.

Room was not sanitary. There were marks on the walls and doors. I felt pretty dirty here. Service was great, breakfast was definitely lacking but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and certainly wouldn’t have my children sleep here again.

Pretty good, friendly staff, no carpet in the room which is a good thing. Exercise room, computer, printer, breakfast free for customers. No coffee pot in room. Microwave in room worked, fridge was fine. Iron and blow dryer there but I didn't use them. Tub slow draining. Learn how to check for bed bugs before you stay at another hotel. These mattresses were clean, the sheets were clean. The room design could be better, no light over the table. I moved the table near the light but when I plugged it into the second outlet, it didn't work. I needed the working outlet to charge my phone. The table between the beds was extremely small with a large based lamp and phone on it. Very little room for a phone, eyeglasses, tv remote. Also while the bright lights in the parking lot are a good thing, the room windows need blackout curtains. That bright light shines in all night. And the air conditioner was weird. It kept changing it's settings. Too hot or too cold were my options because it would keep on going in whichever direction I set. It was quiet while I was there. Elevator worked but seems slow.
