The Waterwalk facility is super clean but rooms are not as advertised. 1 bedroom with a full kitchen is super small, kitchen is not supplied with all utensils. Room was clean, but cable for the televisions did not work had to use my firestick. Bed in the bedroom was not sturdy and Bathroom was small as well. Pool was dirty!! I don't recommend this room size for a couple at best one single person.

Very nice very complete suites with great kitchen and even your private washing machine and dryer! Comfortable bed. Pleasant swimming pool with terrace. Complimentary coffee. We got a lot of free exercise as well since regrettably the elevator was broken…

Clean and spacious! I was here for a surgery recovery and this place was perfect! They were able to provide a lift recline that made recovery so much easier! The coffee machine was great, too! Plenty of towels and necessities were provided. Overall, very happy!

The staff were friendly and professional, and service was excellent. They were very supportive of our needs. Rooms were always clean. Rates were fair. We stayed for several weeks while we waited for our home to be renovated. We would recommend it to anyone in need of a lengthy stay.

I brought my aunt to Texas for the first time. The hotel was perfect and very clean. So nice to have separate bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit. We brought Max, the schnauzer, and he had plenty of room to run and play. Perfect

The place was immaculate and supplied with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There are tvs in every room. The beds were comfortable. Near all activities. The staff was super helpful and very pleasant. All in all an amazing facility

Our first impression upon entering the building was how friendly the receptionist was. During our check in, we were informed about local eateries and other nearby attractions. We took her advice and were very pleased with what we found. The room left nothing to be desired. Over all, we would most definitely recommend the Water Walk San Antonio at The Rim! Thank you for your hospitality!

The River Walk is wonderful if toured by host or on foot. Beautifully landscaped, the entire area is clean, safe and relaxing, Did the boat your to hear the history and walked for a closer view . Saw the stage where Miss Congeniality was filmed, a wedding and met some nice people on my walk. Bridges take you up to the streets and across the River

Beautiful rooms, great service and perfect location! Angie was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to San Antonio and recommend to others.
