You'll be close to it all when you stat at our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom retreat. Traveling with young children? We love hosting families, and provide a high chair, pack n play, and children's dinnerware. The Space: 1.9 miles (6 min) from San Antonio International Airport 2.7 miles (5 min) from North Star Mall 5.9 miles (10 min) from San Antonio Zoo 7 miles (12 min) from The Pearl 9 miles (13 min) from the Alamo 9.4 miles (13 min) from Alamodome 10 miles (17 min) from the River Walk 15 miles (18 min) from Six Flags Fiesta Texas 18 miles (21 min) from SeaWorld San Antonio 0.5 miles (2 min) from H-E-B grocery Less than a mile from various restaurants ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ You will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with the second king-size bed, a Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom includes two twin-size beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. If you’re traveling with little ones feel free to use the pack n’ play, high chair, and children's dinnerware and utensils! ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are three full bathrooms in the house. The first bathroom is located in the hallway between the living room and kitchen, and includes a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom is attached to second bedroom with the king-size bed. The third bathroom is located in master bedroom, and is equipped with a huge walk-in shower and plenty of counter and drawer space. All three bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ This newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need to bake, cook, and create meals till your heart's content. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and a dishwasher. If you’re traveling with young ones, there are kids' plates, bowls, and cups available for use in addition to a high chair. Morning coffee is made easy with a full coffee bar (Keurig, French press and tea kettle). When it comes time for enjoying your meals, you can cozy up to the bar seating in the kitchen, or head over to the beautiful wood dining table that seats eight. The large kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning chats, family meals and game night. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The living room is the first room you'll see when you enter the house. Spend your free time lazing on the plush furnishings or watching a movie on the Smart TV. ☆☆ OUTDOOR AREA ☆☆ One our favorite places to relax is the screened-in sun porch. Sip your morning coffee or evening beverage while overlooking the large backyard. During the summer months, you can take a dip in the cowboy pool to cool off in the Texas heat. There is also a grill and fire pit for guest use. ★☆ Book Today & Enjoy the Best of San Antonio! ☆★ To abide by all legal requirements and property rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Guest Access: Entire space is included in this rental with the exception of one of the closets, which is a locked storage closet. Please, make yourself at home. The Neighborhood: Located in central San Antonio in Alamo Heights, our home is close to a variety of family-friendly attractions such as Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the San Antonio Zoo, and Sea World. It is also just a short drive from downtown San Antonio and the San Antonio International Airport. Getting Around: The house is centrally located to many attractions in San Antonio. The easiest way to get around is by car. Other Things to Note: Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and support isn't available 24-hours a day. Interaction with Guests: We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call/message away.
