Service horrific. Staff are so unwelcoming and rude it is horrendous. Chose this hotel for business purposes and planned to use for many weeks possibly months for this reason but will never be back. Older lady waitress/bar tender was disgustingly rude and should not be in this industry! Food undercooked, cold, soggy and pizza just dough and when you ask for it to be cooked a little longer told no its the timers and that's that - how about put them in a second time on the timer for customer. Luckily no one got poorly! Lost alot of money from us Premier inn! Time to look for new staff!

We booked for a long weekend and certainly chose the right hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us, the food was lovely, we had breakfast every day and it was spot on, we eat two evening meals including a Sunday lunch and again we could not fault the staff or the food. I have already been recommending this hotel to friends and family, rooms lovely and clean and full of character. The only very slight issue was our room was facing the road and over the bar, so it was a little noisy at times, but this didn't spoil what was a lovely stay.

Liked ·Good size room, bathroom and bed. Huge TV on the wall which was good. Clean sheets and comfy bed. Fan provided in the room which was fantastic. Disliked · Lack of sockets in the room. Redecoration is required. Front door very noisy and can disturb. No human interaction throughout the stay. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, Bacon sandwich or small croissants, fruit juices on the final dregs, not the breakfast expected for a hotel or bed and breakfast.

We had the pleasure of staying at Stonehenge Courtyard for two nights as a family of four. We had booked as we were attending a wedding at Syrencot House and this was a 8 minute drive away. We stayed in their Solstice room, which has a double bed and two singles, with a half wall separating the two spaces. We had additional family stay in the other two rooms, Sarsen and Sarum. When you arrive, you are given a private access code to open a gate, which leads you down a passage-way into a charming courtyard with outdoor seating. This is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunshine, and as we had booked all three rooms in the space, it was a good spot to spend family time together in privacy over a cup of tea or a meal. Our room was at the end, and upon entry you are greeted with the two single beds on one side, and on the other is a small fridge and desk. As we opted for the continental breakfast the fridge was full of milk, cold water, apple and orange juice. It also had a box full of fresh berries and several yogurts. On the desk was a kettle, four mugs, four glasses, lots of tea and coffee and biscuits. In a bag was the rest of our breakfast items, which included pain au chocolates, a selection of muffins, bananas, porridge, flapjacks and I believe more biscuits. The breakfast variety was incredible and even with two hungry children, we couldn't finish it all. Moving further into the room, there is a wall protruding about halfway into the space which acts as a partition between the two single beds and the double, and has a full length mirror. On the other side was the double bed opposite a desk and chair, and above that a TV. The TV comes loaded with various channels, all you need to do is sign in with your own netflix/disney/etc accounts. Wi-fi was also available and very good, the password is in the handbook left of the desk. Also included in the desk is a hair dryer and an iron. The ironing board could be found next to the double bed in a small space that served as an open wardrobe to hang up clothes. The beds themselves were very comfy and absolutely massive, you can share the double and have to stretch to touch each other! The pillows are plump and comfy, although I only needed one. Next to the double beds was the door to our bathroom, which was absolutely massive. Boasting a walk in shower which included shampoo/bodywash and conditioner, and enjoying a sky light, this bathroom felt light, clean and airy with plenty of space to get fully ready for the day in private. (which is important if you're sharing with 3 other people, one of whom is a pre-teen!) While Stonehenge courtyard doesn't have it's own parking, there really is no need with so many places to park near by. There is on street parking directly outside after 6pm and before 8am, and the town centre parking, a 2 minute walk away, is only £5.50 for the day and you can pay online, so you don't even need to leave your bed if you're enjoying a lie in. We stayed for 2 nights, family of 3 adults and 2 children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the apartment loft with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The room was clean when we arrived, a cot and highchair was already in the room and there was even a baby blanket which was a lovely touch. My eldest son slept on the sofa bed which was more than adequate for him however I would say this is only suitable for a child. We all slept very well, the beds were comfy and despite it being on the main road it was extremely quiet inside. I will definitely stay here again when we come and visit for our yearly family trip. If you stay during the warmer months then I would suggest bringing a portable fan, the air coolers provided aren’t great but we did bring our own fans and slept with the windows open. Everything you need is provided. A fabulous stay.

Food and drinks are great, but still don't like the English beer. Bed very comfortable. Room is maybe a little ”hot”, but all clean, clean, clean. Room entrance door at 1.50m and stairs are very wobbly. This is really worth a visit! Pay attention where you put your car. Had great conversations with the staff and other guests.
