Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse-North (Airport Area)

酒店離市區稍遠，但給了我意外的驚喜，酒店並不大，但小巧精緻，房間乾淨整潔明亮，床很舒服，早餐也還可以，服務好，入住體驗滿意，推薦！

非常非常的舒適

Pros: Desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Coffee was strong. Guests seemed content throughout the hotel. Cons: Hampton usually goes beyond when providing linens and supplies. We only had 2 washcloths provided for a 2 Queen bedroom that sleeps 4. There was one cup and one sugar packet. Staff smoking outside the front door while guests are checking out is unprofessional to me. We were trying to load the vehicle quickly while it was filling with cigarette smoke. Two of us have asthma, and it was triggering. People have a right to smoke, but I think the designated area shouldn't be at the front door where fumes can enter the hotel and guest cars. I was still coughing an hour down the road. Recommendations: Double check rooms are being stocked better. Don't allow staff to smoke outside the front door. Move the smoking area further away to give guests cleaner air while entering and exiting the hotel.

Stayed here for Pink concert. Wonderful!!!! Staff is amazing. Room was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The room was pretty spacious too. I’d definitely stay here again! The person that checked us in was wonderful and answered all our questions. Breakfast was off the hook! I thought they'd just have a few things but they had eggs, bacon, a waffle station, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, all kinds of muffins/bagel. They also had "to go" bags if you didn't have time for the buffet. The two women that oversaw the breakfast buffet were so lovely and attentive. What a wonderful experience! 5 stars

This hotel is in very great shape, the rooms were well taken care of by housekeeping, the breakfast had plenty of options and so did the coffee bar! I really loved the lobby and the small touches like the mini picture frames on the mantle of the employees! It shows that the management really does care about their staff and takes pride in their workforce!! The double lobby doors was the most convenient for a quick check-out. I've worked in hospitality before and this place was top notch!! I even seen them give a water to the mail carrier when he delivered to them! That is the true meaning of being hospitable ♡ Thank you Hampton inn N.syr if we are ever in need we WILL be back in!

Our two night stay in this hotel was outstanding. The hotel itself was clean and our room very comfortable. The best part of our stay was the service. Every staff member from the moment we entered was welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was the usual buffet but with a few extras including a wider variety of fresh fruit, more types of bagels and herbal teas. The ladies working the buffet were excellent. They were constantly cleaning, refreshing, wiping, greeting and making your morning experience a joy. The fresh cut flowers on each table were such a lovely touch. One thing I must mention which may be more a Syracuse comment than a hotel comment is the high quality drinking water. Upon finishing the bottled water given to us as part of our welcome, I inquired at the front desk if it was safe to drink the tap water at which point they directed me to the filling station and ensured me of its safety. I was astounded by the amazing taste of the tap water. I thought it was a fluke, but at every restaurant for the duration of our stay I enjoyed the best tasting water I can remember. I had to do some research and discovered that you lucky Syracusians receive your tap water from one of the finger lakes which is the second cleanest lake in all of the USA! If you are travelling to Syracuse I highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites North.

I was so happy when I found a hotel with good reviews for cleanliness, my highest priority when booking. However, my experience was not good. When I opened one of the folded towels in the bathroom it appeared to have been used and folded back up and replaced on the shelf as new. It had brown pieces of something on it and a hair. Totally gross! Then when sitting on the bed I noticed an unhealthy accumulation of dust. Such a disappointment and not what I was expecting.

We had a nice stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had quite a few offerings. The price/night was steep for a Hampton Inn, but it may have been high because of the week that we were there (Syracuse move in and NY County Fair).

I cannot say enough about this hotel! It’s so clean, so thoughtfully designed and the staff are incredibly nice & helpful. Considering the cost and quality of the breakfast- this hotel can’t be beat. My daughter may attending college in Syracuse and if she does, we may become frequent guests. I wouldn’t consider any other hotel after staying here. Only 8 minutes I to downtown Syracuse too. Wonderful!
