Quay Apartments

Apartment was spotlessly clean literally a 5 minute walk to media Cory and lots eating place . Lovely views from our apartment. Would definitely book again

We were let down on the day of arrival by quay apartments, which completely ruined our day. They rang us at 10am on the day of arrival to say we couldn't stay at quay apartments salford due to the whole building being flooded out ( I asked for this in writing as I didn't believe it was true and still don't as I visited the apartments and people were staying there) we were offered an apartment in Manchester city centre, which was nowhere near where we needed to be but I didn't have time to sort anything else out so had to agree to this change, which then lead to taxi's and leaving our party earlier than we were wanting. Family and friends were also disappointed. I had booked this apartments way in advance because the party was so important. A complete let down and will NOT ever be booking with quay apartments again due to being so unreliable.

Just the best stay ever. It was a very pleasant place and the entire crew very helpful. Thanks to the entire team. I would highly recommend this for anyone travelling to the Salford quays, Manchester, UK. Cleaning was another best part.. Each cleaning day would bring an entire new look to the stay. Stay was comfortable. Rooms are clean and provided with all necessary home appliances . Wi-Fi was available. Owner is kind and helpfull

I had a fantastic experience staying at Quay Apartments. The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect – close to public transport, shops, and with lovely views of Salford Quays. What made the experience truly outstanding was the customer service. A special thank you to Ziad, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any requests. His warm welcome and attentive support made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. I will definitely return!

Perfect location for my needs, clean and lovely comfortable bed, the only addition that would have made it a 5 for me was a coffee machine. Nice to have some milk in the fridge for tea and a lovely bath to relax in. Check-in and out was easy with the team meet and greet.
