Friendly close to plenty of markets in stores you can cook here it has a stove microwave seen refrigerator with freezer a table and chairs have dressers closet working heater and air conditioner. Right next to a bus stop inbound and outbound

Nice enough place, especially for the money. Rooms are clean but very very small. It has a full kitchen but no plates, pans, cups, silverware..nothing, making it impossible to use unless you bring your own. Bed was comfy, internet good. Nice location about .5 miles from many stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. Recommended.

1.the toilet over flow I went to office they had me clean up floor soak through wall too sleeping . 3 day found out microwave table didn’t rotate and the screen dirty 4 day change bed sheet to find blood stains looks like a type a full cover box spring lastly smoke detector goes off I go to complain come back to find a guy with a buck knife unscrewing the cage around device and he standing on a chair Wth yes I have pictures yes I am blown away !!

First this is located in Springfeild, not Salem, second, this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life, our first room was infested with mesquitos, smelt strong of cigarettes, and had no bedding, just a bare mattress. We got a new room, where the bed was completely ripped out of the wall, still very disgusting smell, infested with ants, no blanket and sticky sticky floors. This place says no smoking yet it travels through the vents throughout every room. Course black hairs are on absolutely everything including towels and bedding, not to mention the blankets smelt like wet dog, and there is a massive yellow stain on it. Our towells never got changed, bedding never got changed, the phone was ripped out of the wall so we could not contact anyone, and last but not least you cannot use the elevator because the smell is so strong and rancid. Im not a picky person, or hard person to please.. this was just genuinely the worst three nights of my life and the photos are nothing like the hotel.

I was very nervous about booking in the Salem area after reading countless negative reviews. I am glad we booked here. There are some homeless on the outskirts of the wall but nothing disturbing on the property itself while we were there. Honestly they have some strict rules in place here that you have to sign off on so I think people are on their best behavior ... including those 28 day residents ... so they don't lose their room. Overall it is not the top of the line hotel but was quiet and served us well. The full size fridge was a nice bonus as well as space to prep things (counter with sink) and table to dine at. Parking in front of the door made load in and out easy too. Would stay again if in the area.

Always disappointed. I don’t know why we always think they need another chance. This has to be the dirtiest restaurant ever. Food takes FOREVER to arrive and we have to beg for the bottomless fries. It takes so long to get them we usually only get the one basket that come with our dinner. Two if we are lucky. Service is never good, slow. Even on a day when the place is more empty than full.
