I stayed here for two weeks and had a really positive experience. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in over the past few years, this is the first one where I’ve genuinely felt safe and comfortable. The reception staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always acknowledging me when I came in or left for the day, which made a real difference during a long stay away from home. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a safe and welcoming place to stay.

Had an amazing stay there was amazing staff kind and generous when we needed help from needing an extra key to needing a whole spare bed making up they were great! great parking just outside the hotel and restraint which had amazing breakfast clean room and comfy beds

Excellent stay as usual, have stayed at this hotel many times and always found it to be good. On arrival the reception staff, Alison and Ricardo were brilliant as normal, always very professional, but also friendly, Erroll on nights is the same, a great team. Room was extremely clean, can't ask for more at the price. Had breakfast in the restaurant, really good

Absolutely worst customer service ever ! I’ve stayed in so many premier inns but this was the worst! We stayed and paid for the meal deal as there were around 15 of us! but as only one man serving the bar and bringing food out , everything was delayed. We didn’t get our drinks with our meal and he was clearly very stressed. We were then told they had overbooked the breakfasts and so we couldn’t book in for our breakfast. They agreed to refund us all for the breakfast but then took payment twice with no one available to sort it leaving my sister £240 down in her account ! I wouldn’t mind if their attitude was better but staff swore about how bad things were and the poor barman looked ready to quit . No apology or effort to make things better ! Just awful

We arrived very late, but the welcome was first class and the room set up perfectly (Family room - double + 2 single child beds), so we could relax immediately. The staff were universally wonderful. Breakfast was great, and the fact the kids ate free was perfect. The fact there is a rapid EV charger on site is very useful, since it meant we could use the hotel as a super easy base for a couple of long trips and not need to refill the car enroute. It's not the cheapest, but the convenience and effortlessness of being able to set off fully charged each day was worth it. The only minor niggle is that there was some understaffing here and there, which the staff coped with admirably, but needs to be watched by management because it could easily frustrate customers less relaxed (or more pressed for time) than me.
