Una experiencia de lujo a orillas del Lago Como. Quería dar una sorpresa a mi pareja y ofrecerle un fin de semana inolvidable, pues todavía no habíamos celebrado su aniversario y en pocos días también celebrábamos nuestro aniversario como pareja. Lo puse en conocimiento del hotel, y fueron ellos los que también me sorprendieron a mí, pues tuvieron el detalle de hacernos una tarta preciosa, fina y deliciosa, acompañada de una tarjeta de felicitación. Y no solo esto, si no que nos hicieron un “upgrade” en la categoría de la habitación, ofreciéndonos la “Suit Eva”. Teniendo en cuenta que yo también me llamo Eva, me pareció un detalle para no olvidar. Desde nuestra llegada estuvimos cuidadosamente atendidos, siendo todo el equipo eficaz y muy cordial. Amplias sonrisas y calidez en el trato. Profesional pero muy cercano. Las instalaciones con buen gusto. La cama fantástica. Me encantó también la ducha, muy práctica. Me encanta pisar el mármol, es una sensación muy agradable. Con máquina de café y hervidor de té en las habitaciones, es otro detalle que me encanta, y con porcelana fina el café sabe mejor. Aprovechamos también para cenar en el restaurante. Disfrutamos del menú, muy creativo y sorprendentemente terminamos bastante llenos. La selección de vinos acorde y muy original. Desde los “petit fours” del inicio hasta los postres, fue un viaje a rincones desconocidos. Soy una amante del pan y me quito el sombrero por el nivel que nos ofrecieron. El aceite de oliva, también de lujo. Francamente, bravo!!! Un menú de 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Volveremos sin dudarlo, gracias de todo corazón. ❤️ Eva & Max

I must say, I’ve stayed at many many resorts but the service at this spot tops just about all of them. This modern luxury boutique hotel set directly on the water of lake Como deserves 5 plus stars. The atmosphere is superb. Breakfast is served in a room with full glass doors overlooking the lake. You feel as if you are on a boat. The food comes from the Michelin star kitchen. The truffle toast is a must. The location is central and if you like to drive the parking is included. The concierge is extremely helpful in planning your itinerary offering many different options. We had one of our best trips ever. Thanks so much to all of the pleasant staff. Stay here for an amazing experience!

Lovely boutique hotel in close proximity to much of what you'll want to see while in the Lake Como region. Small enough that staff gets to know guests by name --remembering breakfast and coffee preferences -- which is an appealing touch that enhanced our stay. The on-site dock was incredibly convenient for both the ferries and private boat rides we booked. Impeccably clean, modern.

I visited the hotel and restaurant as a member of a non-profit organisation. I'm surprised the restaurant didn't get a Michelin star... The restaurant and staff are fantastic! They are very attentive, every detail is in place. The restaurant is decorated in a very elegant way. And the food served is by far the best! The 7 course dinner is hard to describe. Sublime and heavenly! Unmissable!

Stunning views, rooms were great, staff all fantastic. Breakfast was great, describe as high end food. Restaurant was good in evening, however was quite pricey. Pool was cold which was a shame and I didn't use gym facilities due to circumstances. Nice walks to do from hotel and pier for ferry a few metres away.

This hotel is absolutely breathtaking and by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The view of the lake from the hotel is unbeatable. The hotel itself is absolute perfection with every small detail sought after. The staff make this hotel even more special. Every member friendly, smiley and accommodating. I booked a boat tour from the hotel and it was incredible and the process was very easy and smooth running, I wouldn’t want to book anywhere else. I proposed to my partner during my stay and the staff at MUSA did absolutely everything they could to make our stay as special as possible, I cannot thank them enough! Dining in the hotel is absolutely delicious and the GAIA bar makes the best cocktails. We cannot wait to return to MUSA - this place really is exceptional!

Absolutely perfect, from meeting us at the vehicle at arrival, during the check-in, and through the stay. They accommodate everything from personal needs to ferry. Views are spectacular and room is lovely... Just got here and can't wait to return again.. Well Done Musa!!

A new hotel, all white and marble with tasteful black furnishings, nomore than thirty feet from Lake Como, with fabulous views from your balcony, and the best restaurant in the region. And one problem: constant, unremitting techno music droning away sixteen hours a day from the bar, even when there are no guests. It’s an unrelenting thump in your ears. Amidst all this beauty, there is never a moment of silnce. A six star hotel with a three star problem. Oh, on sundays, there’s a DJ below your window to heighten your sense of tranquillity.

Hotel Musa is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The location, service, food and bedrooms are second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the cocktails were unique creations, the food is Michelan star quality and the ability to plunge into the beautiful lake during a hot afternoon from the wharf in front of the hotel topped off our day. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful and welcoming hotel.
