Best Western Sairme Resort

During my recent stay at the hotel New Sairme, I encountered a blend of positive and negative aspects that left me with mixed feelings about my overall experience. While the hotel boasted a number of strong points, particularly in terms of its staff and certain amenities, there were notable areas that could use improvement. One of the highlights of the hotel was undoubtedly its staff. The bell boys, receptionists and security personnel were exceptional, displaying a high level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. Their prompt and helpful service left a positive impression, adding a sense of comfort and assurance to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The wait staff at the hotel's restaurant also deserve commendation. They were attentive and courteous, making dining experiences enjoyable. However, I did find the restaurant to be overpriced for the quality of food offered. While the meals were adequate, they did not quite meet the expectations one might have for a hotel of this caliber. The menu seemed limited and lacked the finesse that one would anticipate from a 4-star establishment. Another area that left room for improvement was the cleaning service. It was evident that the cleaning staff was understaffed, as the cleanliness of the room and availability of amenities like towels were not up to the expected standard. This oversight was disappointing, particularly since a well-maintained and clean environment is a fundamental aspect of any hotel stay. Furthermore, the hotel's lack of options for kid-friendly meals was a notable drawback, especially considering that the establishment markets itself as family-friendly. A wider selection of child-appropriate meal choices would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for families traveling with young children. I did encounter an issue with a wet floor that raised concerns about the adequacy of signage and cautionary measures. Unfortunately, this lack of warning resulted in an injury during my stay, highlighting a serious lapse in safety protocols. Regrettably, due to the injury I sustained during my stay, I was compelled to check out a day early. The hotel did offer a refund for the last night, which was appreciated. However, I couldn't help but feel that the customer service could have been improved had the manager enquired about the well-being of the guest who suffered an injury and fractured their arm. In conclusion, my stay at the 4-star hotel had its positives, particularly in the form of the attentive receptionist and helpful bell boys. However, the lackluster cleaning service, overpriced and subpar restaurant offerings, and safety oversight on wet floors did impact my overall impression.

The location offers nice views, however there's no walking paths to enjoy the nature surrounding. The hotel is extremely overpriced with very basic rooms; ours actually smelled of sewage on arrival. Moreover, the main issue of this place is the restaurant which is the only place to eat anything here: everything is sloppy, microwaved, terrible food, and insanely expensive. The food problem is such that every morning at breakfast you see families literally fighting for food trying to eat as much as possible and then hoarding bread and fruits to make it through the day...truly a tragic sight. Every day at the reception you can witness people complaining, eventually canceling their stay and most of the time being refused refund. This place is a short sighted petty scam, you can see unhappy customers and underpaid, undertrained staff that has to deal with the overall frustration. This place put to shame georgian hospitality and cuisine.

It’s a very nice hotel, wonderful view and very clean and comfy room. You must try the Zip line activity there. The restaurant is very good, less options for vegetarian and less halal options. However the staff are very friendly, especially Zoura, Luka, Omer, and Lika they were very welcoming, and super supportive in explaining the ingredients in the dishes. The staff on the breakfast timing were not welcome. And you’ll definitely need to have your food at the restaurant at night because there’s no restaurants around, at all. It’s a must try hotel, especially if you need a break from everything.

The hotel is far from what's promised. Toiletries are embarrassing. The additional bed is insulting. There's a spa (basically the key point of the hotel) but i have no idea what it has to offer and for how much. Cos THE HOTEL doesn't have a simple printed version of the brochure-like flyer or anything for that matter. The 'healing' water is 4km from here, in my book it's called 'the hotel doesn't offer the famous Sairme water'. There's a little fountain in the front, so i'm going with it. Amazing staff. I mean, these guys are godsends. The owner has no clue what a quality hotel or amenities for that matter are. The owner has no clue what they have offer for the price. The guys who work here are saving my trip. They are amazing!!!!

Оооочень уютный и качественный минеральный курорт в горах недалеко от Кутаиси. Комнаты стандартные, но в них как-то все продумано. Балкончики в каждом номере с прекрасным видом независимо от направления. Халатик, тапочки. И атмосфера какая-то очень такая, улыбаться хочется 😀 Внизу ресторанчик с очень приемлемыми ценами и вкуууусный, ну, впрочем, как и везде в Грузии. А посуда...я б от такой не отказалась и дома. И завтрак (включен) такой богатый, что обеда нам уже не понадобилось. Даже наш гид удивился, а он-то повидал курортов. А еще очень понравилось оформление, современное, простое, но не простенькое, а какое-то благородное. И очень уютное фое так устроено, что там с удовольствием сидиться вечерком с друзьями и бутылочкой вина, кофе или чаем по вкусу. Места много и обустроено как то очень интимно. Нет ощущения толпы. Но не это самое главное. Главное - это природа вокруг. Лес в горах, и речки. И минеральный теплый бассейн (мы даже в дождь и холод плавали - температура воды +32, не горячая, а именно приятная). Рядом спа с крытым бассейном и множеством процедур: минеральные ванны, разные массажи на тело, голову, лицо, скрабы, массажики для детей, грязевые процедуры. Всего не перечислить, целую книжечку выдают на грузинском, английском и русском. И совершенно не дорого (естесственно, я сравниваю с Израилем). Я взяла ванну с минеральной водой и экстрактом из всяких растений, а потом общий массаж (очень качественный), и стоило это всего 105 лари. После 3 дней интенсивных походов по горам меня привели в полную боевую готовность. Даже жалко было, что уже надо было улетать, я б еще попоходилась
