This home is located in the Island Retreat condominiums, which is a quiet, gated community in an excellent location. We are just 2 miles from the beach and a mile and a half from the Pier Village. There are several shops & restaurants within walking distance from of the community gate with many more a short drive away. This 3BR/2BA ground floor condo was recently updated with new paint, fixtures and furnishings and it feels like home. New king bed in master suite, 1 queen in second bedroom and a new twin daybed with pull out twin trundle in sunroom to accommodate up to 6 people. The unit is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is situated in a quiet back corner of the community with an adjacent green space for gathering, games or grilling. The community’s amenities include a pool, tennis court, fitness center, & playground. This unit is strictly non-smoking. We do not offer cable/satellite tv but our televisions are all connected to the internet for streaming. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).$100 pet cleaning fee.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
