I was quite anxious to get there after reading all great reviews. It was more expensive than similar hostels in the same neigborhood but with so many good ereviews, I booked a room for me. I would arrive very early in the mornng so I decided to ask about storage room 01 day before my check-in date. and this is the reply I got: "Hi! Unfortunately we can not host you. Due to the local laws you have to be registered, but we’ve discovered some troubles with our system which isn’t working properly. We apologise for the inconveniences. We’ll send an email to the Ostrovok Support to solve this issue, but we would recommend you to find a place to stay.". Why did they not block the system to not accept new bookings. What if I have not asked about the storage room? on top of all these issues, they did not cancel my booking. They asked me to go to the venue and they would help me find another place. but if I did that, my card would had been charged. What a disaster on customer service. Never EVER, I would reccomend this place.

Very loud music from the bar under this hostel. You cannot sleep untill morning. When you ask to adm to do something - adm(Igor) will be rude with you and don't solve the problem. If you want to drink and dance somewhere all over the night, you don't meet this problem

Hands down - one of the most unique places I've ever stayed in. Soul Kitchen is an outstanding hotel situated in a great location with beautiful interiors, spacious living, catering, study spaces and run by very professional and attentive staff. I am very happy to have stayed in this beautiful place and would return in a heart beat. Thank you to everyone!

Ездили в январе 2025. Остался крайне разочарован этим отелем. Фото красивые, но едва ли отражают действительность. Номера грязные, персонал грубый и не отзывчивый. Wi-Fi вообще не работал, комоды обшарпаны) За такие деньги можно найти гораздо лучшее место. Очень не рекомендую!

Лучший хостел из всех возможных. Чисто, комфортно, максимально продуманно. Чудесная команда - отзывчивые и дружелюбные ребята, приятная атмосфера. Приезжала неоднократно и в дальнейшем, планирую, приезжая в Санкт-Петербург, останавливаться только здесь. Спасибо за то, что вы есть, Soul kitchen!

Душевная атмосфера (которую я ощутил только мельком, потому что в хостеле почти только спал, но всё же). Удобные комнаты и кровати. Приятная и удобная обстановка на кухне. Вообще всё удобно и обслуживание хорошее. Единственный минус. В первый раз крайне сложно найти. Я минут десять тупил и оглядывался по сторонам, пока не понял, что мне надо в обычное жилое парадное. Никаких отметок, вывесок или чего-то подобного (нет, подпись на звонке размером в пару квадратных сантиметров не считается). На сайте тоже этот факт никак не отражён.

Самый красивый хостел на свете! Самый уютный! Самый гостеприимный! В комнате удобный матрас, был стол и стул, что для меня важно, так как работаю за ноутбуком. Администраторы - прелесть что за люди! Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и снова.

Это просто самый лучший хостел! Очень уютная атмосфреа, очень чисто, приятная обстановка, отзывчивый персонал. Стильный дизайн, много красивых деталей, которые имеют свою историю. Есть абсолютно все для удобства, хочешь поиграть на гитаре? пожалуйста, она тоже имеется:) Без сомнений останавлюсь здесь, когда буду в Питере

В первый раз приезжали в Питер (семья из трёх человек), почитала отзывы и решила забронировать лофт в soul kitchen. Он такой атмосферный, как мини Питер в Питере))) Нам очень понравилось и детям, и взрослым будет чем себя занять. Все продумано до мелочей и сделано с любовью. Уютная кухня со всем необходимым, обалденный вид с балкона, все в пешей доступности, ночные киносеансы, игровая комната, приятная музыка в туалете))) и другие мелочи.. Весь центр рядом, но в то же время улица нешумная, а спокойная. Приятные администраторы, всегда помогут. Короче, жаль, что приехали всего на 4 дня, хотелось остаться подольше. Обязательно приедем еще! Побольше бы таких мест 👍🏻
