Жена очень любит этот отель, останавливалась и в командировке и вот с семьей приезжали на выходных. Все на высшем уровне. Номера просторные, в этот раз брали Люкс Невский, есть и ванная и душ что максимально удобно. Фотозона шикарная. Сейчас подготовили летний вариант, детям очень понравилась детализация, большое количество разных птичек, попугаев, даже есть отсылки к пасхе! Персонал молодцы, по всем вопросам и запросам всегда помогут. Спасибо за чудесные выходные!!!

Отель требует реновации. Номера выглядят старыми и темными. Бежевые обои - как у бабушки в квартире. На полу везде лежит темный ковролин, который создает затхлый запах для всего номера. Бронировали номер «Делюкс» - остались полностью разочарованы. Фото в интернете хорошо сняты, в самом номере вас будет ждать уровень мотель у дороги. В отеле оставаться не стали, деньги возвращать отель отказался - по их мнению - у них все хорошо.

такое скотское отношение к гостям трудно даже вообразить. Откровенное кидалово из 90-х Забронировали номер с новогодним «гала-ужином в стиле мулен руж». В итоге столик удалось выбить только через полтора часа разборок с персоналом, никто ни за что не отвечает и никаких вопросов решить не может. По меню поставили нам с женой шампанское 2 два салата и нарезку. Ребенку из детского меню не принесли вообще ничего!!! Это за 60 тыс рублей. В 00-15 ушли в номер голодные, дочь в слезах, жена в шоке. На следующий день сказали «ничего возвращать никому не будем не нравиться - дверь там». Такого ПОЗОРА не встречали никогда и нигде. Возможно мы не в курсе и это такой питерский колорит. Но приезжать еще раз в северную столицу желания ноль. Нашему возмущению и негодованию нет предела. Испортили нам новый год и каникулы.

Очень достойная гостиница. Большие номера со всеми удобствами (халат, тапочки, душевые принадлежности, фен, чайник, вода, кофе, чай и т.п.). Удобная современная подземная парковка не может не радовать, особенно зимой! Исправное оборудование, выглядит прилично (мебель, душ, санузел). В номере чисто, шумоизоляция хорошая. Персонал вежливый, в случае затруднения, стараются помочь. Спасибо им огромное) Завтраки шикарные! Шведский стол, большой выбор блюд и разнообразный ассортимент. Очень удачное расположение на тихой улице и в то же время до метро несколько минут пешком!

Внешнее убранство не соответствует содержанию. Оставили памятную вещь при выезде из отеля, сразу же позвонили по дороге, попросили придержать. Звонили дважды. В итоге - никто ничего не вернул. Это, конечно, нонсенс для отеля 4 звёзды в СПБ!

Была в отеле в середине декабря. И прямо прониклась новогодней атмосферой. Мною было насчитано ёлок 20, не меньше) Очень красиво украшены фото-зоны. Потрясающее новогоднее меню. Уже забронировала номер на новогоднюю ночь. И вам советую - Костас!
