Premier Inn Guernsey St Peter Port (Admiral Park)

Helpful friendly staff especially Jack on Reception. Waiting-on ladies lovely too. Meal deals great value, breakfast good each day, evening meal fine 2 out of 3 days, not sure what went wrong on day 3 but it was very poor - an hours wait, cold food, tiny portions. The excuse given was that they only had one chef that night?? However, much better the next day thank goodness. Quite a long walk to town (30 mins), a Waitrose just across the road handy for shopping. Room fine, very quiet, usual Premier Inn standard. Would we stay again? Yes.

Great service by both the hotel and restaurant staff with a special shout out to Radha and Wycliffe who are very welcoming and attentive. Good food with a decent amount of choice for breakfast and dinner. I travel a lot for work and I always feel so welcome when I come to here.

Radah and Sarah were excellent, and a credit to the company. The food was great and they took care of us during our stay. The hotel and room was very clean and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. The location was great to go and close to the main town.

Lovely staff member, very attentative and knew her local knowledge. I would highly recommend her for any local knowledge and would most definitely use her again. I’m steaming, I have to write 200 characters and im running out of things to say

We had a really lovely stay at the premier inn. All the staff were really friendly. We had a very warm welcome from Jack when we arrived. Hannah and Radha were also extremely helpful. For a chain hotel it had such a warm, friendly atmosphere. Location is about a 20 minute walk along the coast to town. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-night stay in the family room on the first floor; it exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculately clean, and the staff promptly provided fresh towels upon request. Despite their busy schedule during breakfast service, the staff remained exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Jenny, in particular, stood out for her excellent service, making our breakfasts a delightful start to each day. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Guernsey. Its convenient location with ample parking, along with a nearby Waitrose store, added to the convenience. We especially appreciated the scenic walk along the promenade into St. Peter's Port, particularly on sunny days. One evening, we dined at the hotel and were delighted with the quality of the food, which restored our confidence in dining at Premier Inn after previous experiences elsewhere. We extend our sincere thanks to all the staff for their efforts in making our holiday in Guernsey so enjoyable. The breakfasts were consistently of the highest quality, something we always look forward to at the Premier Inns we visit. We eagerly anticipate returning in the future.
