Premier Inn Guernsey St Peter Port (Admiral Park)

Great bed and spacious room (I had a premier plus room); only stayed there 2 days but the premium WiFi didn’t work the entire time I was there and the standard WiFi was terrible - like a dial-up connection - so it was impossible to use it for anything other than messaging which was very poor/frustrating (especially when premium WiFi is meant to be included for premier plus). Bathroom towel rail came out of the wall when I lightly pulled a towel from it coming out of the shower. Told reception because I didn’t want to be blamed for damage, just to be told that it was well known already. They clearly weren’t planning on fixing it any time soon. Minor issue I appreciate but it is a bit shoddy - far bigger issue for me was not having any WiFi.

We’re staying at the hotel currently and over Christmas ! Ian the manager and Ahmed have made us especially welcome and other members of staff have been delightful too ! It’s a great location, very comfortable, modern hotel and we’re loving our stay….best to review when you’re enjoying the experience !

Great stay always a joy and with the planes cancelled the staff are great - always trying to help even when things got tough - wonderful and helpful even under very difficult circumstances. Location great even if we could not go far as the weather was awful - Ian and the team Hannah and Wycliffe great and the rooms always clean. The hotel is so well kept even in the windy weather would go again.

This is a great Premier Inn still very well looked after & in great location to explore too! Supermarket across road & easy access to coast, beaches & town centre. Very friendly helpful staff & bedrooms very well looked after & very comfy! Prices are quite reasonable considering island prices out of season (Dec-Feb) prices very very competitive ( 7nts in Dec. was £277!!!!!) Does everything you need quiet safe location, bar in hotel too, bus stop just outside the hotel too! Highly recommended by me!

It needs to be known how hard the manager and duty manager work to satisfy everyone's requirements and make the customers'stays as pleasant as possible. I have personally experienced this, since I became an unintentionally high-maintenance guest, including a changing of room due to maintenance issues outside of their control, family from England uncle to connect me urgently so rang the hotel, refreshment requirements, self-inflicted room lock -out and more. Both the manager and deputy manager not only responded to requests and concerns willingly, they also followed up afterwards to ensure that they were resolved to my satisfaction. I have no doubt they do this for every customer. You can see them being busy about the hotel for everyone, and it's clear to me that customer satisfaction is at the heart of their work. I contend them. They never seem to sleep. I will choose to return to this hotel next year with work because of them. 5 stars for customer service. Nothing else mattered.

I have stayed here a few times in the past for work, normally between 7 - 14 nights at a time Always very clean rooms, excellent staff. The hotel bar is great and cheaper than most pubs, and food is very good as well. Only a short walk into town or a few stops on the bus if you want to explore
