My second time in Premier Inn, no big concerns. Other than they did not allow early check in at all, besides it is quite a big hotel. I was up to pay some extra but they did not seem to be happy to assist that idea neither. Then I asked my backpack to be stored, and at least that was possible. Shortly after I found a tour and asked back my bag. The reception was of course not so happy that I asked for that so quickly, but it should anyways be somehow be better managed... If they ask a guest to spend the time however between 10AM and 3PM, they have to make that at least the easiest as possible and more cheerfully than the lady was because of the extra work. Why they don't figure out something for such inconvenient situation then, instead of making the guests to be creative... They may want to offer or organize tours. It was not my fault which flight I could have from another island, the only option to depart early morning... And it is not a B&B which has only 10 rooms in total, maybe. It was just seen they don't want to hassle with new guests until 3PM... Yes, but what about those many who arrive between 7 and 3PM to an island airport, where there is no storage box like in Oslo, and they have much more luggage then I had? I could go for the boat trip with my backpack, but with a luggage? Impossible. Then everyone just goes to the hotel for the early check in, for nothing - spends 10 Pounds more for the taxi... Just that happens, and maybe luggage storage. Otherwise the stay was good, except another few things (I still mention besides I could live with these too); ultimate wifi for premier room was given only after specific request, and just for 1 device. At least that did not generate extra cost... Toiletiers would also be nice, not only the paid option for razor, single use toothbrush and so, for premier room guests...
