Tia on reception was so helpful to sort out a ground floor room for me and my bike. Room tidy and clean. Only 16 minutes from ferries by bike.

Easy access to the port of dover. Lovey clean room and free parking. Nice restaurent next door and a petrol station should you want to fill up before heading to the continent.

Decent room with good bed and clean facilities despite the putside looking quite tired. 24hr reception. Half decent food. Buffet breakfast was better than dinner quality. But not impressed with the inconsiderate parking of other guests.

Warm comfy room, lovely staff only downside was tatty looking radiator could do with lick of paint. Overall lovely friendly place let us safely park motorbikes under reception window. Fabulous place to stay. Much better than the previous premier inn not far away! Felt safe and secure

Myself and husband were put in the premier inn at guston as an emergency accomodation! after a serious fire at our flats.The manager and all staff have been so helpful in all aspects.I would 💯 recommend this hotel.No improvement needed.Thankyou.

My mum and dad were in a flat fire so we’re given premier inn to stay in Guston for nearly a month. I honestly can not fault anything on there stay to this hotel they have gone above and beyond and nothing is to much trouble for them. They delivered there dinners and breakfast every single day they were there. All staff are fantastic especially Emma the manager.

Had an enjoyable stay here the rooms are comfortable and clean and tidy the staff are very professional and helpful and friendly it is very convenient for the port of Dover if you are travelling to Europe or as in my case working for the Port of Dover

Surprisingly good. Food good and service (Cristina) excellent. Decor basic and small restaurant but better than most other options in Dover. Had gammon steak and fries with egg and prawn cocktail starter, partner had salad and beef burger - all good.

I arrived by taxi at the wrong Premier Inn in Dover - two of them are labelled ‘east’. The manager Emma then offered to personally drive me to the correct Premier Inn. So kind! And that was at the end of her 14 hour day! Beyond the call of duty and really appreciated. Can’t fault the kindness and quality of the Premier Inn staff. Thank you Emma.
