It is located at the foot of a mountain with many hiking departures and departures climbing (600 channels) . In the south, the view is facing the sea and north to the mountain, the Baou . To the west the view is oriented mountain and wild valley of the Cagnes , east the view is of trees. The apartment of 60m2 is equiped with a queen size bed, it is not air conditioned but there is 2 big roof ventilators The villa has a large terrace of 200m2 with panoramic view at 360 ° where children can play under the watchful eye of parents. The pool area is located on a dedicated , closed area and closed keys.
