Welcome to Coastal Marsh Condo in St. James! Two bedrooms & two baths with Rainfall Showers, & Screened Porch on ground level with easy parking just outside your door. Our condo is a cozy mix of modern comforts & contemporary coastal charm. Southport (8 miles ~ 15 min) is a delightful coastal town where the river meets the sea and provides an abundance of fresh seafood, charming shops, alluring local artist galleries, & stunning water views. Oak Island (6 miles ~ 15 min) has an amazing wide beach for you to enjoy! The entryway is decorated with local photography prints and coastal artwork from an East Coast artist. Upon entering, you have a view to the screened in back porch just beyond the comfortable living room and updated kitchen. The washer & dryer are located in a closet in the front entry for your convenience during your stay. The primary bedroom has a comfortable spacious king bed. The adjoining bathroom has a lavish floor to ceiling tiled shower with rainfall showerhead and dual handheld that provides a luxurious shower experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances including an electric water kettle, and pour over coffee pot. The dining room has comfortable seating for four for eating meals in or playing games. Our living room has two sofas, both of which fold back to provide twin beds for sleeping. (Twin 4 inch folding mattresses to use on top of the folded out sofas are in the laundry closet to make sleeping extra comfortable.) The screened in back porch is perhaps our favorite spot! Enjoy your morning coffee and/or your evening wine. Unwind taking in the chirping birds and coastal pond view while lounging on our sectional or rocking on the rocking chairs. The second bedroom is a studio with its own separate front door and interior locking adjoining doors. It has a comfortable queen platform bed with a twin trundle bed beneath that can be rolled out to use. Another lavish floor to ceiling tiled shower with rainfall showerhead and dual handheld makes this second bedroom just as appealing as the primary. The kitchenette in the studio is equipped with a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, eletric water kettle, and another pour over coffee pot. The condo layout is perfect for having some privacy while also enjoying the common rooms together. Our community's refreshing pool, open seasonally, daily May - September from 8am-8pm, is a short stroll away. Gorgeous St. James is a quiet gated community. Numerous walking trails and bike trails are available for your exploration. Try a day of fishing or kayaking on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). Waterway Park in the community is a short 1 mile walk or drive away with a boardwalk onto the ICW with gazebo and floating kayak launch. You may see deer, wild turkeys, turtles, egrets, herons, or other wildllife, so keep an eye out. *You will receive a guest pass for your car to enter St. James for the duration of your stay. You will need to show your car pass at the security gate each time you enter the community. *Please adhere to the speed limit signs in the community . Beautiful Condo I have stayed in various condos in SJP but this condo was the best by far. The location is perfect. The condo is spotless and updated and the host was very nice and kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Coastal Marsh Winter Our 2 month stay at Coastal Marsh was delightful. The condo is recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The view from the porch of a pond and occasional cranes is delightful. The condo was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts, Ashlea and Tom were readily available and gracious. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautifully updated condo in St James We rented the condo and the adjoining lockout unit. Everything has been updated beautifully - new LVP flooring, bathrooms, furnishings, paint, and decor. The first floor unit was nice too - easy to bring in our luggage and groceries. Communication with Ashlea was easy before and during our stay - she responded within minutes typically. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends!

Updated and beautiful We had a great visit and found the rental unit to be exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, nicely appointed kitchen, great location. Walkable to the marina restaurant Beacon 315. Quiet neighborhood. Thank you! We’ll rent again!
