Hotel Savoy

床很難睡，已經出現塌陷的情況。整體衞生也比較一般，但好在價格便宜，還有早餐

To start with if things had continued as it was we would have given 1 * rate. But it took 3 days for the reception team to notify the general manager if our problems but he soon rectified them for us. Michael is name is, he understood why I was losing patience with the hotel but he was really nice. Lorraine the receptionist who finally realised the problem escalated it. She was lovely, as was Adrian & valda. So yes it's a beautiful hotel. A lot of money is being ploughed into the hotel. Our room was beautiful once the problems was rectified. Came to this hotel because it was my husband birthday. To see our son & daughter in law who live on the island. So please visit this hotel.

We've been wanting to visit Jersey for a number of years so I did a lot of research to get to know the Island and to consider where we might stay. The Savoy looked a very good choice. We liked the idea of the Jacuzzi Suite, I wanted car parking, breakfast was included with the option of other meals too. All the reviews, photos and YouTube videos gave me a positive vibe about our stay. Just walking through the entrance gives you feeling that it is of a standard and that feeling just increased over the time that we stayed. From the friendliness of the receptionist, the style and cleanliness of the building and then the Jacuzzi Suite. Quite simply, outstanding in every way! While we were staying, I had a phone call from the Hotel to say that there'd been a bit of water leak from our shower into the room below so they would need to go into our room just to make a repair. Did I mind? No, not at all. On our return in the evening, we found a bottle of wine in our room as a Thank You and noticed changed wall art and even bedside lamps! Someone had been busy. Breakfast was so well organized, excellent quantity and quality. One of the best we've had compared with many other hotels we've stayed in. The standard of service was very high but was entirely consistent because it is that way all of the time whether it's the cleanliness, the food, the staff so it looked easy and we were very impressed and appreciative. We had the evening meal for our Wedding Anniversary in the 1840 Restaurant. I knew lamb shank was on the menu from looking at it before we left home so we were looking forward to it. I was also keen on Jersey Royal's too. I was a bit surprised that the meal wasn't as large as I thought it might be, and it made me smile, because this was Masterchef standard and beautifully cooked and presented. I can't think of anything that could have been improved and now we've stayed the first time, I'm sure there will be a second and I'm looking at possibilities for 2025.

The Savoy hotel, Jersey, classes itself as a 4* it’s got a classic foyer, outdoor pool, bar restaurant & car park. I booked the cheapest room which was a junior double. The room was clean but dated, the bed was quite small for the two of us and not the comfiest. The room doesn’t have air conditioning but a noisy desk fan. It had a bath with a shower over it but the seal had gone on the shower screen with water leaking all over the floor. It took us about 15 minutes to walk into the town. Breakfast had a good choice but dinner in the restaurant was awful, (hopefully a one off)

This is a wonderful hotel with staff who can't do enough for you. It was my husband's birthday whilst we were here, we were given a drink 'on them' and a hand decorated dish for his dessert, as we ate in the restaurant as a treat. We would recommend eating here as the food is delicious. We have friends who live on the island, and they will visit the hotel for food and jazz evenings, and say it is also popular with locals. The rooms are spotless and tended to daily with a generous top up of teas, coffee etc and bottles water. Towels are changed daily too. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, friendly and central to St Helier, we highly recommend Savoy Hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel. Very near to St Helier centre. Clean rooms, decent toiletries and comfortable bed. The breakfast is brilliant and staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. All very tastefully decorated. We had dinner in hotel one night and the food was amazing. Can't recommend enough ..you won't be disappointed

Disappointing Stay at the Savoy Jersey – Would Not Recommend My wife and I stayed at the Savoy Jersey for four nights in October, and unfortunately, we were left quite disappointed. We dined at the hotel's restaurant one evening, only to find the food to be average at best and significantly overpriced for what was offered. The overall condition of the hotel was a major let down. The décor and furniture felt very dated, and the seating in the lounges was threadbare, which detracted from any comfort or enjoyment. Our room was incredibly basic, offering a less-than-pleasant view of the backyard, complete with noisy air conditioning units that kept us up at night. Needless to say, this was far from the relaxing stay we had hoped for. On top of that, any chance of a morning sleep-in was ruined by the cleaners vacuuming outside our door as early as 7 a.m. We were informed that the hotel owner is planning to retire soon, which might explain the lack of updates, but that’s little consolation for paying guests. Given the state of the hotel, we certainly would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. If you're looking for comfort, peace, and value for your money, there are surely better options on the island than the Savoy Jersey.

Very poor customer service I'm not one normally to complain and I know its not entirely tye hotels issue. Our flight was cancelled by easyjet whilst at the airport in Manchester. This was after a long delay and frustrating times with no information. I tried contacting the hotel with no reply via phone to explain. After having to go home I contacted ******* who we had booked through who said they would contact the hotel to rebook or refund. Hotel refused so I got In touch with them again they refused. We had two rooms booked. Despite further contact again asking could consideration be given to changing the dates I am still awaiting a reply a week later. I understand if it Was our fault but there has been no effort to put the customer first. We were really looking forward to going for the weekend to celebrate my inlaws wedding anniversary back to the place we're they got engages. This has been soured by mainly easyjet but they are reimbursing but no customer care whatsoever by what we thought Was a good hotel. Really sorry but would not book this hotel

We stayed for two nights and were upgraded to a suite, which was nice as it was our wedding anniversary. The room was great, a separate living room, well equipped bathroom and great tea and coffee facilities. The only thing that slightly let the hotel down was the buffet breakfast. Felt a bit like being at a motorway service station, somewhat impersonal. Location is excellent with plenty of choice of places to eat and drink nearby.
