The Monterey Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The whole experience at the hotel was great. The staff were excellent, the rooms are clean serviced daily and the facilities are great. The food choices and quality first class. Transport around the island was outside the front door. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful hotel, everywhere was extremely clean. The room was perfect and so comfortable and serviced every day. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and there was plenty to choose from with new menu’s every night. The breakfast was buffet style and the choices were full English or continental. I don’t usually have breakfast at home but indulged every morning with the full English and it was always hot and delicious. We would love to go back to Jersey and stay at the Monterey Hotel in the near future. We went with Robert’s tours from Coalville Leicestershire and would definitely go with them again they’re brilliant.

Just spent four nights at The Monterey Hotel and it is absolutely lovely. We received a warm welcome on arrival to be told we would have a room upgrade. The rooms themselves were very well presented with good and comfortable furnishings with plenty of space with a pleasant view over the pool and beyond. We chose Bed & Breakfast as we wanted to tour around. The breakfast was fantastic with a nice choice of hot and cold food, all fresh. The service was excellent throughout. Everything in the hotel seemed well looked after and very clean. The leisure club has both an indoor and outdoor pool alongside a handy sized gym with fresh towels. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of St. Helier through the millennium park. Good choice of bars and restaurants to hand with easy access to tour the island. Would highly recommend The Monterey for a visit.

Such a lovely hotel , very very clean . Staff are all amazing , looked after so well . Food is great , top quality food . Outdoor pool , indoor gym hot tub & pool it’s so lovely & very clean & tidy . They have towels for pools & gym . There is a few things no air conditioning, but supply fans . Hand rails need to be put in shower for older people.

Hotel was first class, comfortable and clean… food extremely good… but for us what made our time there was the reception and restaurant staff…they couldn’t do enough for you, extremely pleasant and hard working…

Having a weeks holiday in Jersey the hotel is lovely with two pools and a Jacuzzi the food is excellent apart from the Sunday roast beef was like. Shoe leather the hotel is on a main road traffic can be biz at times all I've heard is the coffin dodgers at breakfast have a moan they can't sleep at night fee wanting. An upgrade trying it on. Instead of enjoying the holiday and go to boots in town get some ear plugs they just whinge the hotel staff are lovely and professional smart even down to polished shoes they are professional and not board teenagers who do it as a way to make and bored out their. Heads the. Occupants are all elderly like me but I've never heard some ungrateful people the hotel is lovely 😍 just some of the old farts who stay.here
