酒店位於市中心的大街上，往返機場及各大景點都非常方便。樓下還有超級市場。房間面積比預期中大，乾淨企理，廁所還有浴缸，玩完一整天後，可以浸浴消除疲勞。不過房間的隔音設施比較差，經常聽到走廊和隔籬房的聲音，睡眠質素會受影響。

The hotel is centrally located. Close to shops for either food or browsing. 5 minutes from the bus station. Friendly helpful staff. In room tea and coffee was easily replenished with supplies from reception or the restaurant. Room was cleaned when requested. I stayed for 6 nights and had no problems. I can’t comment on food as didn’t eat at the hotel I would definitely stay here again.

We had a really good experience at this Premier Inn A particular thanks to 'Richard' on reception that helped us with directions, recommendations and general information. He was around most days we were there with a friendly smile and a 'Hello', and was a really helpful chap. In general, the rooms were clean; all the premier inn staff were attentive, helpful and friendly . We ate at the restaurant on site which had great food.

Excellent customer service, the Duty manager Richard, could not have been more helpful and a pleasure to deal With. His knowledge and advice ensured that my friend who had been unable to travel at the last minute contacted head office to replan his trip. Head office were very understanding and accommodating and provided a very satisfactory solution which was above what was expected.

My first trip to Jersey and Premiere Inn Charing Cross as a base was a steal ! Arrived by port on Condor Ferry catamaran, from Poole. The hotel is less than twenty minutes walk from the port, right in the heart of town , within walking distance to all shops and eating places ! I found the hotel had a friendly atmosphere ,with attentive , staff. The accommodation, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good value . Masie an outstanding member of staff that seemed to go above and beyond the general standard. Look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Jersey.

We had four nights there and the hotel, staff, breakfasts and location were magnificent. We will be back and do highly recommend this quality hotel in the centre of st Helier. Sincere thanks to Richard at the hotel for his exemplar customer service. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to talk to and a quality member of staff. We will be back.

I stayed at the Premier Inn for 4 nights due to being unexpectedly evacuated from my house. The team at the hotel were excellent and nothing was too much trouble, especially Richard who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His customer service skills are commendable. Thank you Richard!

Worst experience ever. I was treated badly by a guy named Richard. He accused me of not wanting to pay for the dinner but my question is if you go to your room soon after dinner because noone told you that the bill is kot put on the room are you supposed to be accused of not wanting to pay? I used to advise my family to stay at Premier Inn but not after this. Never again!!

I can't really say anything positive about this hotel. Rude staff, terrible night's sleep, pillows with no pillow cases. Just the basic things that were missing. Felt really let down by this hotel. The hotel is located in a good area however that's all...
